Dairy Queen

The so called «manager» of this store is so rude. I got here at 10:55pm (I know kinda late but I was only ordering a mini blizzard) and when I pulled in he turned off all the lights and ran to the door and locked it. Then turned around, unlocked it and stuck his ugly face out the door and made the sign for like cutting off the head (I guess that was his way of saying they were closing early. What a tool! !
If i could give bo stars i would.

Always friendly and helpful, but not enough employees on busy weekend nights. Food always fresh and good. Only issue if you want ketchup you get a package or two, not much for fries or chicken tenders. Should have pump station.

It smells like shit in here, there are no damn napkins. The workers are slow as fuck with horrible attitude. And fucking uñas (the male worker had huge nails) over here forgot my order so I waited and waited into I got fed up and asked where the hell my order was.

Bad customer service and when I told them my blizzard was melting already when I got it they said that was not the case. The customer is always right ???

DQ is DQ. I’ve had a few bad experiences at this location when ordering through the drive thru. However, today we decided to go inside and order. It was surprisingly fast. The lady taking our order was pleasant and helpful. I’m hoping things have evolved at this location and our positive experience wasn’t an isolated incident.

They were supremely uninterested in serving customers… playing with phones… chatting. I ordered a dipped cone… they dipped it in the hot fudge instead of the dip stuff. Took forever for a vanilla malt milkshake… ummmm…vanilla…

My family and i have been living by this location for several years now, and this dairy queen has always been way too slow. They hire slow workers, and horrible managers, and they ALWAYS have some ingredient they’ve run out of. Today we ordered the blizzard of the month and they didnt have any truffles so they offered to replaced them (not the first time). My spoon was given to me messy, and we’ve run out of chances to give them, Theres no one to blame but the managers & it doesnt matter how much time passes each new one will have the same horrible work ethics. Luckily the employee was decently nice, but you could see they took all their sweet time getting the orders out (not to mention the person in front of me got their order wrong as we sat waiting).

I like Dairy Queen. But this location does not offer the FlameThrower burger… Booo…

Waited 20 mins in the drive thru for my food. The burger was small and tomatoes were yuck. For the same price I could’ve gotten a bacon cheese burger aft Whataburger with bigger fries and coke and faster. What a waste of my lunch

When it comes to low-​class fast food, DQ will always be near the top of my list. What can I say? Sometimes I want to take cheat day to the next level, or I just feel like indulging in some mildly self-​destructive behavior. Call it what you want, but I occasionally have a craving for the terribly unhealthy offerings that has made this place a staple in this part of the country. And I’m not ashamed of that.
Tonight, I splurged on a pumpkin pie Blizzard and a chicken finger basket. I only ate about half of the meal, which was just enough to send my GI tract into unrest and induce a mild food coma. My 100-​lb Labrador was happy to help me with my leftovers. We both enjoyed ourselves tremendously.
This location is like many of the others I’ve seen. It looks to have been built a good 40 years ago, and the almost exclusively teenager staff is kinda shady looking. But as usual, I received the greasy deliciousness that I was craving. Plus the employees we interacted with were very pleasant.
Again, DQ helped me get back in touch with my slightly white trash roots. And it was delicious.

Very long wait time. Horrible customer service. My blizzard ice cream was made so shitty only top of blizzard was mixed the whole bottom half was just vanilla. Just visited 6÷1÷2014. Waited 15 mins then Employee just handed me my ice cream like it was my fault she sucks at her job. If you can’t have good customer service you shouldn’t be working in a job that you see customers face to face!

I complain about the wait time but the service is actually pretty good. They’ve never gotten an order wrong either.

They sometimes have a long wait time but the food is generally pretty good. They have gluten free offerings as well.

Burgers are consistently good. Not gourmet but not bad for fast food.
What I do like that other fast food restaurants don’t have, are their flavors of Blizzards and shakes.
The Oreo Blizzard was a hit with my son and I their chocolate shake was good.
