Total failed customer satisfaction opportunity. My daughter is a vegetarian and recently enjoyed a new veggie sandwich here. We stopped by tonight so she could try another. There is a sandwich on the menu called a Verona Veggie. The Sandwich She had the other day was something different but the guy over the drive thru speaker insisted we were incorrect. The Verona Veggie is the only option. We opted for that option then and pulled up to the window. There were zero customers inside and in the drive thru so I hoped for a speedy turnaround. The cost for the Verona Veggie was $ 4.49 so I was surprised when the total was just under $ 7. We didn’t order a combo or anything else so I was unsure about the extra cost. I politely inquired and the guy shrugged and explained that’s what his register says. I then found that the cost on the drive thru board was wrong. The real price is $ 5.99. I asked him to fix the issue and he basically said, «so you don’t want it after all?» I explained that I wanted it at the correct price and his response was, «if you want it, it’s at the price it says here.» My daughter was starved so we paid the $ 7 and proceeded to wait 10 minutes for the sandwich to come out. Again, zero customers, and the sandwich has no meat. It isn’t toasted and basically consist of some cold salad on a piece of bread. The guy handed me my sandwich and didn’t even thank me for my business. I called the following morning to speak with the GM who turned out to be a guy named Josh. I explained my frustrations and he didn’t make me feel any better. He explained that a 10 to 15 minute turnaround is typical for their sandwiches. Then he explained that they have no control over prices. Basically Schlotzky’s Corporate forces price changes through their systems without them being notified. They only realize a price has changed when a customer complains. Basically, not their fault and thats just how they operate.

SUCKED. My salad was just a bunch of leaves with chopped olives. no tomato? no onions? nothing else. the avocado I received(ANDPAYEDANEXTRADOLLARFOR) on my flat bread was already turning BROWN, gross. To top it off the cashier was incompetent, she asked for the name on the order and I had to SPELL the name SILVIA out for her… not once, but literally 5 different times. WTF? 14 dollars later. I hate myself for coming here.

The first time I purchased I got a sandwich. The meats were good but the bread and fixins were just not a good combination. The second and third time I got a center or the roll Cinnabon. They messed up the order the 1order of this which I didn’t notice until I got home. I just ate the center. The next time I got the correct item but i doesn’t really taste like the center or a cinnamon roll. It’s odd not bad but definitely not the ooie gooie center of a cinnamon roll. If I’m craving something sweet I may be back otherwise there is much more yummy food options up the street. Oh and no military discount on Cinnabon items. Boo!

I love the sandwiches here. The large is freaking huge! Almost the size of a pizza lol. Food tastes great and service is fast. Definitely recommend.

I LOVE Schlotsky’s. They are so much better than Subway or Quizno’s in my opinon. When I’m on a healthy kick, I like to frequent Schlotsky’s for a #2; a smoked turkey breast sandwich and a bag of the delicious jalapeño chips. I absolutely love the sourdough bread they use and the toppings(lettuce and tomato) are always fresh and crisp. When I’m feeling extra hungry, I grab a bowl of vegetable, chicken and rice, or chicken tortilla soup. They always include just the right amount of crackers and a spoon and I’m a happy camper. Not in the mood for a delicious sandwich? Get a salad, a homemade pizza or flatbread with your choice of toppings, or some chocolate chip cookies to go. Although the driveway is a pain in the butt because you’ll be blocking the flow of traffic in the parking lot, the service is always quick and efficient. Definetly recommend for a healthy lunch.

Did a purchase of over $ 30, lunch for the family. After eating we wanted some chocolate chip cookies. Tried paying $ 1.49 for 3 cookies with my check card, that’s a no go. I must make a $ 3 or more purchase. Are you kidding me? Another reason to love places like Chick-fil-A, no question asked if after done eating we want ice cream and pay 1 or 2 bucks with the card.

This location takes too long, gets orders wrong and is generally yuck yuck. They’ve clearly changed their ingredients on their pizzas too because they are now kind of odd tasting. Skip it!
