Stopped by for lunch after taking a half-​day off from work… the food was good and fresh, and the cheddar bay biscuits were extra tasty. I’m giving this review five stars because of the service. Our server, Jessica was attentive, prompt and funny. I don’t think I’ve very had such great service at lunchtime on a Friday. It was pretty busy, but no one was waiting for food. A table next to us had ordered the all-​you-​can-​eat shrimp and never waited more than a few minutes for their repeat orders to arrive. I’ve never seen that happen anywhere! Even the managers were hustling, bringing out orders and clearing tables. We were impressed!

We tend to frequent restaurants when they are less busy as our schedules are a little crazy.
We sat at the bar and the servers took great care of us. We had special drinks made to our specifications and they were done well.
My husband ordered the shrimp tacos and he didn’t care for the corn tortillas but just personal preference.
I ordered the split crab legs; which is my favorite meal. Their crab legs were small for being «king» crab legs but I love precut crab legs. For the price, you can’t go wrong but you probably want 1 to 1 ½ lbs to feel satisfied.

The lobster was good the service was good the scenery was good they treated me with respect I love coming to eat here I enjoy it and the manager was nice and polite I run a business of my own so I understand what it is to run a business in this restaurant runs a great day god bless them all

Excellent service, tasty Atlantic salmon, wild rice pilaf, and broccoli. Not to mention the cheddar biscuits! Fast service, and quiet, relaxing ambiance.

Our neighbor loves Red Lobster and my wife and I take her there a couple of times a year. We were there a few months ago and had a good time. She had her favorite shrimp plate and loved it and our waitress was cheerful and helpful. It was a celebration and we all had a good time.
This time 7-​9-​2015 we were all disappointed. Her favorite shrimp plate was not on the menu. Frank, our waiter, was pleasant but slow and not very helpful. It was not a celebration and we left disappointed.
My wife and I enjoyed our plates, but they were not wonderful. The hostess seated us back in a dark corner when there were plenty of window seats.

We have been here several times and have always been happy. Food was always delicious and service is good. This last time we went out as a family for my birthday. I was extremely satisfied with everything. My husband had the lobster feast which he loved and I had the Coconut Shrimp which was delicious. We also had a stuffed mushroom appetizer and New York cheesecake. Everything was great. Our waitress, Melissa was fantastic. She was very friendly, and attentive. Never once had to ask for anything. Our drinks were always full. Food came out quickly. Kudos to her. She even made sure I got a Happy birthday song. The whole experience made for a good birthday. :)

The salad is always fresh when I go. Food is usually pretty good as well. the only thing that I can complain about is the service. every time I go I seem to get waiter or waitress that doesn’t seem to want to be at work and dragging along with the time… slowww…that’s the only thing that keep me from returning… Ill go for the food but the service needs some work

I had the wood grilled Tilapia dinner: The clam chowder was kinda salty, the garden salad was fresh though — the Tilapia had little flavor — the cheddar biscuits were good.
Herman the server was not so good — started out OK but stumbled at the end, too much wait time between dinner and dessert, the coffee was warm, I like it hot. Didn’t try too hard — The floor manager was very cheerful and polite and made up for Herman.
