Found this place by accident actually. Its next to a laundromat and can be hard to find. The crew who was working that night were nice. Ordered mozzarella sticks and a medium half cheese half sausage. Pizza was good not great and so were the sticks. Only thing i was not impressed with was the bottle or can soda vs the fountain. First pizza joint ive seen that doesnt have soda fountain. All in all if im ever on this side again i would stop by.

Went in to eat there and the pizza was great! As was the Greek salad! Only thing is it doesn’t have that many big tables so it’s not great to go in and eat with a group. But the pizza is amazing.

We were staying at a nearby hotel and were looking for a place that delivered kid friendly food. It was $ 15 for a large pizza, half cheese, half green bell peppers. I thought the pizza was just okay, but the important thing to me is that my kids ate it. Delivery was fast, less than 30 minutes.

I went to Rami’s pizza on a Thursday. It was early evening and I am usually a picky pizza eater. Although the taste of the pizza wasn’t the best I have eaten, there aren’t many pizzerias’ in San Antonio that I am that impressed with. I learned that at Rami’s they have a daily special on a large pepperoni pie that sells for $ 5.50. Compared to pizzerias’ in San Antonio that sell pies that are that size for that price(ie. Pizza Patron, Little Ceaser’s, & CiCi’s); it was comparatively good. The only thing I would improve on was maybe make the crust thinner and less greasy. And maybe sell the large pies in slices. In New York and in New Jersey they have single pieces for $ 1.75 for a regular large slice $ 3.00 for a Sicilian slice. It seems to work well over there, but so do Italian Ices and I haven’t seen those here yet. Overall for the area, price, and customer service, Rami’s Pizza is a good deal.

This is the most amazing pizza EVER!!! In all fairness BOTH locations are outstanding in the food department. The customer service however at this location needs improvement… I will say this I will put up with the lack of service for this amazing quality pizza. I ordered a giant(22″) one topping for 15.50 $ WITH tax!!! Oh and if you don’t like all that red pizza sauce, don’t worry they substitute it for Alfredo sauce FREE!!! Rami’s is always the best choice. I will continue my 20 minute drive to have my pizza!!!

I went here a few days ago. I didn’t dine there, just had it to go. The prices were not too shabby. Got a large pepperoni pizza and a sub. Came out to about $ 14. Yes some places might be cheaper but the quality was definitely there. I had the Italian sub. It was freaking delicious. And the pizza was freshly made and you could taste the Italian soul in every slice.

It’s small but satisfactory for it’s size. A respectable hole in the wall kind of place, food was ok. I would go back.

Great food! I had the meat calzone. Would bring family to eat there because I live too far away to bring home for take away. The traffic could turn into an hour drive during the week. Not a pleasant looking area or exterior but the service was good for only one guy working. Don’t let the exterior scare you off.

Delicious. Friendly staff. Quick service and well priced. Worth every penny. They have specials on certain days so keep an eye out for that. Only con is the limited parking. Definitely a must go to place. Small tables perfect for a meal for two. Went there for the first time today with a friend and her little boy. Made a good choice. Large pizza, 8pc wings, fries, and three drinks for about $ 20. Success.

Rami’s Pizza is an awesome little pizza place! The prices are amazing and the food is made from scratch and always tastes great. Rami, the owner is cool guy, as well. Definitely stop by and give them your business. You won’t be disappointed!

Rami’s is a really good hole in the wall restaurant to pick up some Italian eats. The large pizza runs around $ 6.99, and the hot entrees will not break the bank. They have traditional dishes like chicken parm, fettuccine alfredo, etc. The greek salad is tasty considering this seems to be more of a pizza place: green and black olives, plenty of feta cheese, diced tomatoes with fresh greens. The only thing I would not recommend would be the wings, not very crispy and not too much flavor. However, everything else I have tried is on par with what you would want from an Italian joint.

Once upon a time, I went to another Rami’s location using a Groupon and was pretty impressed with their pizza. When I discovered another closer location and found out they had a Groupon available too, you bet your butt I got it and went the very next day. This place is quite literally a hole in the wall. That’s a good thing, because some of the best food comes out of places like this. Unfortunately this place fell a little short. Ordered the six piece buffalo wings with bleu cheese, a dinner salad, and a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Had to add on some bottled/canned sodas to make the minimum $ 5 credit card charge in order to leave a tip. Guess I should carry cash more often. The salad came out first and was large: bed of lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and plenty of chopped up cheese, though I couldn’t tell what kind. It was tasty enough, though I’d prefer a housemade dressing rather than the bottled Italian we got in a portioned-out plastic cup. The wings were decent– on the larger size, and meatier than some others I’ve had lately in SA. The buffalo sauce had good flavor but wasn’t very spicy. I liked the wings and would maybe go back for them, but BF was unimpressed. Now for the pizza. At the last location, I got the specialty gyro pizza but didn’t think the BF would go for it, hence the order change. This pie did not compare to that one, and not in regard to toppings but the pizza quality itself– everything was bland and largely flavorless. I could visibly see that I was eating pepperonis and mushrooms, but the crust and sauce were virtually unremarkable and plain. The texture was good, and it was a relatively light dough, but something about this pizza just seemed unfinished. This place has a lot of coupons on their website and scattered around their tables, as well as plenty of lunch specials posted on the walls, and I may come back for a gyro or another order of the wings, but considering this place is a pizza restaurant, the pizza should be a lot better than what we got.

This place is identical to Mr. G’s Pizza. I think Mr. G just sold the place to Rami. Rami isn’t especially nice, or pleasant. He seems to distrust his customers. But he can make a decent calzone. I don’t like the fact that there still isn’t a soda fountain, and you get charged high prices for RC Cola and Mr. Pibb. The food was rather fast coming out of the kitchen. But both times I’ve been here, the place has been empty. The place was somewhat clean. The music playing was Korean rap, which didn’t seem to fit the place. But it’s quiet, and you can easily chat over a hot pizza pie.

Formerly known as Big G’s Pizza, it’s under new ownership. I recommend it for lunch. They have plenty of specials and the workers are real nice. The small pizza, 10″, is big enough for one person and it is good!
