Radiance Med Spa

I went to Radiance for lip injections and I had an amazing experience. I told Dr. Bennack that I was not only terrified of not getting a good result, but also terrified of the pain of the needle. She not only eased all my worries, I DIDNT FEEL A THING. On a scale of 1 – 10 for pain, I give it a 1, and I know that’s because she took her time and was gentle with the needle. Will definitely go back, as I am in love with my results.

I recieved botox injection there a month ago. Over charged me $ twice as much as I normally pay and less than satisfactory results. When I seen the bill the receptionist denied telling me the cost of my last visit which she did a cpl hours before I went into thier clinic because I thought 12 units was adequate. I waited a week for final results of the botox treatment my eyebrows were arched and I still had frown lines. I called and made an appointment specifically asking that the same nurse not treat me and the receptionist said fine. About 30 minutes before my appointment the receptionist called and said she had to cancel my appointment. When I asked to speak to Dr. Bannock the nurse said ok please hold. After a few minutes the receptionist got back on and said Bannock had left and would be gone 2 weeks. I said if you can’t correct the problem Ill go elsewhere but I would do a review. She replied okay. Goodbye. Last week I decided to try one last time for Radiance to correct the problem. When I asked for Bannock the receptionist asked who was calling I told her my name and she said please hold. A minute later she said Bannock is still gone doing surgery. I told her what the call was about but she said they were booked. I hung up and made a appointment at another clinic who promptly fixed my eyebrows and frownlines. I will never go back to Radiance Med Spa. They lie. Will lie to your face and could care less about thier client.

Dr. Bennack is meticulous. I am meticulous so she is a trusted source for me. I have gone in multiple times to remove filler that my dermatologist added in places I didn’t need. I have worked with Dr. Bennack to remove and smooth out my cheeks and eyes. She is attentive, doesn’t get irritated (since I’m still trying to determine how much more I want out while looking adding filler in the right places), and she continually helps me determine what is right for me. I am picky as this is about the face and the point of doing something for the self is to feel good about it. I just let her know what my thoughts are and she listens, analyzes, consults and adjusts to fit my individual requests. No bruising!!! Ever!!! Like I said, she is meticulous and all about the person she is working with. She is funny too and has great energy.
