Great customer service, however, after using my photo facial Groupon, I did not see a difference at all. At all! It seemed like a waste of money, all $ 89 worth of that Groupon. I asked the owner if follow up treatments would cost $ 325 or whatever the original cost was and she said yes. I said any possible discounts? She said no. Hmm. I’m the type of person that there has to be guaranteed results soon after, or better yet results I can see right away before I’ll spent that kind of money. Won’t be stretching my Groupon budget that far again. I might go try another place I heard was really good in the future…

I got the Groupon for IPL at Derma Boutique and decided to try it out. I was not impressed. I got no results whatsoever. I thought the Nurse Practitioner was semi-rude and impatient while she did my treatment. At the end I gave them the Groupon that I had paid $ 89 for and was given back a thing that said the original price was something like $ 329 and tipping on the original price was appropriate. I am 99% sure they jacked the IPL price so they could reduce it for the Groupon to show a bigger«discount.» I certainly didn’t feel like tipping $ 65 on a 10 minute treatment I paid $ 89 for but the lady stood there and stared at me. I later got IPL at Sonterra Med Spa where my brown spots sloughed off and I got results. Sonterra is a much nicer med spa and their regular price on IPL is $ 249 however they have very frequent sales where it get down to between $ 99 – 125 a treatment. One more downside of Derma Boutique– their hours. They aren’t open on weekends or after 5pm… so don’t bother trying to go if you work.
