Attention ladies I have reported Nicole and her business to the bbb. I would suggest doing the same. I also contacted groupon to ban her from offering services she never intends on honoring. If I could get a zero rating I would. I had to eat 120 dollars in services that she would honor or repay. She is a theft and she should not be in business.

I have never had a negative experience with Nicole and I really don’t understand why she has bad reviews. She is a very polite and professional lady. I get my Brazilian bikini wax done with her and she always makes me feel comfortable. The price is very reasonable and the spa is neat and clean. I highly recommend her for waxing, she’s great!

DARN! Wish I would’ve read the reviews beforehand. This place is amateur at best. Quality of service for manicure/pedicure was something a 10 year old could do. Not worth the money ATALL. Will never return. Owner may be nice, but I definitely wasted my money. Would rather drive to the beauty school at the Rim(under $ 20) or preferably to the far north side to a place called Custom Nails and pay under $ 30(since they offer specials on certain days). They were extremely meticulous with their work when I went during the summer. Even the regular pedicure there is true«spa-like» service. Been to four different places in San Antonio and this Nicole Georgios establishment was such a let down. Hopefully the owner reads this and treats herself to the services from Custom Nails.

I received a groupon to Nicole Georgios Day Spa as a birthday gift. As per the instructions, I booked my appt one month in advance. Three weeks prior to my appt, I called to reschedule as I had something come up on the day of my original appt. I left two messages and finally ten days later upon calling again, Nicole answered the phone. She stated her computers were down at the moment would make a note to cancel my appt and call me back to reschedule. I received no phone call to reschedule. Five days later I called again and left another message. And then, a week after that after leaving ANOTHER message she called me back. I have never received such poor customer service and I had not even set foot in the salon. Then she proceeded to lecture me about leaving mean messages on her answering machine. Good grief! These places are a dime a dozen. Nicole needs to focus on customer service!

The owner has no manners nor does she have business etiquette. We set up a time for 1 and 2:30 but when the time got closer to our spa day we thought that it was at 2 and 3. When we got to her business she informed us that our appointment was at 1 not 3 and she told us we got a text message reminding us of our appointment. When we looked through our phones we had no reminder at all in our existing messages. We told her and showed her and she said no you got one even though she saw that we didn’t, she kept arguing saying we did and that because we missed our 1 o clock appointment she canceled both appointments without calling or anything. When we kept telling her that her text reminder device was broken she blanenty told us oh so only your thing didn’t go through. This lady was ugly on the inside and out. She kept arguing with us and we left without making another appointment. This was supposed to be a mother daughter spa day that my father paid for with a groupon and they were going to expire soon. She was a very hateful lady and I will warn everyone about how she treats her new customers. I’m warning y’all now not to go there or you will regret it.

I know some of those other reviews are bad, but after my visit today, I find them unjustified. Nicole is a decent lady and small business owner; she does not yell at customers. The atmosphere is very clean and professional. Go in, relax, and smile at the staff. I promise you’ll enjoy your retreat from the hustle of San Antonio.

Horrible. Rude. I purchased a groupon for this business, $ 35 for a spa mani-pedi(a $ 70 value), and they refused to honor it. Fine, they’re allowed to do that, says so on my groupon, but no where on the paper does it give them the right to publically humiliate me for attempting to use the groupon I purchased. I’m guessing Nicole is the one who took me back to a massage room, whipped out her iPad, sat me down, and preceded to tell me how it was my fault that they couldn’t use the groupon because I was deceptive in not mentioning that I was going to use a groupon when I made my appointment over the phone the day before. I asked why they couldn’t honor it and she responded with the excuse that they don’t have time to serve groupon customers because they need to make money from paying customers, and that they only honor six groupons a day(2 per nail technician). I got up to leave and retrieve my groupon form from the receptionist back in the front room and Nicole followed me there continuing to lecture me for being deceptive. I finally turned around and gave her a piece of my mind explaining that I am in fact I paying customer, I purchased the groupon for their salon, I mentioned I was going to use the groupon while I was checking in for my appointment, and I waited patiently for almost ten minutes in the lobby amicabaly chatting with the only two other customers there(because they were sooo booked and didn’t have time for a mani-pedi groupon customer) before they decided to deal with me in the back room. I left with my groupon paper in hand and immediately called groupon customer service to complain. That’s when I found out that the receptionist had redeemed my coupon online, aka they marked it as used when I had definitely not used it, while I was speaking with Nicole. And I’m the deceptive one?! Thankfully groupon refunded my money, but that does not excuse the awful treatment I relieved at this spa. I DONOT recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is the most important part of any business establishment, and especially when it’s a spa, a place where they are supposed to help you relax and feel better about yourself. Nicole Georgios spa did not do this and they do not deserve your time or money.

I went and had my eyebrows waxed. The wax ripped the skin off my eyebrows and forehead. I was going to a special event for the weekend and had to use tons of makeup. It stayed red for almost a month. I went to a hairdresser and she said I received a minor burn and the skin ripped off. She also did a Brazilian wax on me – I won’t go there.
