Never having had Puerto Rican food before, we are now fans. All the food was outstanding. Make sure to get some of the sauce they make. The owner was nice and beared with me in my lack of knowledge. We tried several different things and all were great. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

I married into a PR family… I can’t say I’ve ever much cared for the food but I always give it a shot and am pretty easy to satisfy. That being said this place is absolutely fantastic is going to be one of the next big food trucks in the area. The portions are big, you will either leave full to the brim or have plenty to take home with you. I’m always amazed when food this great can be cooked in the back end of a small truck, but man do they pull it off.
If you catch these guys, don’t miss out, grab enough for friends too.

If you see them and like Puerto Rican food (or miss it or just want to try it), check out this food truck. The service is quick and friendly. The portions are plenty big. And the food is just absolutely delicious! During the years I lived in New York City, I ate Puerto Rican food at least weekly. It’s great to be able to have a tasty option here in San Antonio for just the same.
It is a food truck, so the menu is by necessity limited. But what’s there has been chosen carefully, seasoned and cooked with care, and will not disappoint.
I usually have the Cubano sandwich with tostones, but I’ve had just about everything on the menu and liked it all.

My husband is from South Florida and misses the food terribly. He was very pleased when I brought home your Cubano sandwiches for lunch. We also had the tostones and sweet plantains. Sandwiches were just perfect! The roasted pork had so much flavor! Hoping the food truck is back at my office for lunch again soon.

This food truck is amazing! I’m a giant fan of there fried chicken, it’s not battered, seasoned well and delicious. What this lady does to food is great and everyone should try them. Oh and get a coconut pudding.

If you see this food truck… STOP BY! The Cuban sandwich alone is worth it. The bread is crusty and chewy, the pork is spiced and deliciously charred. The gentleman who took the order was pleasant, knowledgeable and the service overall was quick.

Super fast Service and the food was perfect!!! It doesn’t get more authentic than this my friends. They were very friendly also. To keep up with their location you must go to their Facebook page which is where they actually update information frequently, I was lucky I found them just walking around but now I know how to find them next time. Don’t know about the other reviews on Unilocal but this place is top!
