Really good bbq chicken. Honestly not what I expected for a Mexican cuisine place, but really good. You get the whole chicken, beans, rice, carmelized onions etc. The guacamole is solid. The roasted peppers are good but super spicy!

This is my latest great find in San Antonio! Whole chicken, caramelized onion & jalapeño, rice, beans &8 homemade corn tortillas all for $ 12.99. Easily feeds 4 people. Been there twice in a month! Excellent service too!

The most delicious chicken in San Antonio. I will vouch for this food truck any day. The chicken is extremely flavorful and the rice is damn good too. I put the chicken in the tortilla with a piece of onion and throw the green sauce on it. It tastes absolutely amazing. The price is cheap too. This is the only food truck I will go to. I just wish they would accept credit cards. That’s my only complaint because sometimes I don’t have cash on me. Give it a try.

Dope Chicken. Came to see what all the hype was about since I live right by it, and whoa. Not bad at all. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the god damn truck spits smoke out like there’s no tomorrow. Sometimes I think it’s fog, but it’s just the damn truck. Food is good, and they have Mexican Coke. Enough said.

i really wanted to like this place. i’ve driven by this place many times, and always found it an inconvenient time. so i took the time today. it’s a straight away street asadero that serve whole and half chickens. the chicken was tasty enough, with a good charcoal grill smoke flavor. unfortunately the chicken was dry. not at all moist. need a tea refill kind of dry. the salvation to the dryness was partially offset by a great wet salsa and some really tasty corn tortillas. i did not try the guac sauce. the rice was standard street food. nothing spectacular. alas, no beans in the deal. you get all of this plus a grilled half onion and jalapeño for six bucks. a dozen additional tortillas for a buck. i’d be hard pressed to come back here on a trek. if a buddy wanted to come here, i wouldn’t object. it’s just that it’s not good enough for a willing return trip.
