I’ve read the other reviews about the staff. I can confirm the two women I encountered were not very nice. The front office lady had no people skills at all! She Seemed annoyed that I asked what the previous balance was for. Then about an hour later, another woman brought us to the back for vital signs. She just barked orders to my child! No please, no thank you, not even the tiniest smile. I mean if someone wants to work with kids, who aren’t feeling so great, at least try to be a little friendly!!! The only saving grace is the doctor herself. Sweetest, warm, and caring person you can meet. She’s thorough and patient. I guess she’s just too nice to fire her rude office workers.

My kids have been patrons of PACT since we moved to Texas in 2006. They have been helpful in every way possible. When I was on Medicaid, they had no questions. When I moved to private insurance, there were no problems. Lucy, the nurse there, and Jaime Garza, MD are top notch people. They really take their time with your child. Sometimes I have found they are a little disorganized with shot records but I overlook that on most occasions. I make sure to have my back up shot record on file, just in case. If there is a sick child, they have a different waiting area. Last year, I received a flu shot right along with the kids because I was there. I am incredibly grateful that they were able to help with my son’s vision and hearing results and he is on his way… developing wonderful. I hope they will still be my children’s pediatrician for the next ten years.

It’s that time a year again; when your tots need their shots. Children screaming bloody murder, while holding mommy. The doctors and staff at Pediatric Associates always manage to make this a smooth or calm thing. Pediatric Associates @ The Clock Tower have some of the best doctors and nurses my kids and I have ever dealt with. Dr. Jamie Garza is the best of a the few doctors here at Pediatric Associates. He explains causes and treatments well, and is always willing to answer all of your questions. The split waiting room is really cool one for well and one for sick patents. Wait is never longer then 15 – 20 minuets, and they always are able to fit your child in when sick. Just call first thing in the morning @ 8:30. They take most insurances and medicate. Trust me I don’t play around with my child’s health, and neither should you. If you take my advice from one of my Unilocal reviews; It should be this one.
