The doctor my daughter was seeing for her epilepsy, Doctor Tomasovic was kind enough. Although he seemed like he was always on vacation or out of the office. It was quite difficult getting in contact with him. When we did see him, it seemed like he asked the same questions each time and had us in and out in a matter of 5 minutes. We saw him for 2 years and each time we were there, it was like he had never met us before. Since epilepsy is a very serious and hard-to-cope-with problem, I expect a lot of attention. His office was always losing our paperwork for referrals and never responded to the pharmacy in time to get refills done when we needed them. They never returned our calls when we had a question or needed something from them. The last appointment was made with the doctor and when we showed up we were informed that the nurse practitioner would be seeing us. The staff was EXTREMELY rude about not having our referral on file, even though we made sure they had it before we went in for the appointment. It just turned up missing AGAIN! I left the office and decided to not return to them. The front desk clerk was rude and had very little respect for me or my daughter. Their office is very eerie and unfriendly. This is strange because they seemed to make an effort by painting the walls in kid friendly underwater creatures. It was probably the cold hearted and sterile staff he has that gave it a strange and uncomfortable feeling. It is very hard having a child suffering from seizures, I didn’t think it was in our best interest to make it harder by having a seemingly uncaring physician and a very incapable staff.
