Party City

Found exactly what we were looking for and saw lots of fun/​cool stuff while there! We were immediately greeted upon walking in and were greeted by 4 additional employees along the way who asked if we needed help finding anything in the 10mins or so that we were there! Exceptional Customer Service! :)

If I could buy the whole store I would. If you’re looking to have a theme party this is the place to get it started. Customer service is «meh» but they have well stocked shelves and lots of good ideas for your next event.

lots of parking. was able to find everything i need for mardi gras, farmer, luau days at work. thank goodness i didn’t need any help especially ballons since they were slammed. will be back.

Fantastic customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, most of whom are willing to bend over backwards to help you find what you’re looking for.

Horrific customer service at cashier. I just left my entire purchase there and walked off because the guy at cashier was so rude when I asked him to see if a $ 10 off coupon would work. Previous to walking up, he was complaining about so many customers calling for directions, thinking that they were by North Star Mall. Management should reconsider putting someone like that in front of customers during your peak month of the year for sales– October and Halloween. Put losers like that in the stock room.

What happened to my Party City? The AC wasn’t working well and I was sweating like a bull rider in the chute at an August county fair. Really knocks the Halloween spirit out of you. And they haven’t kept up with stocking the shelves. I finally found the item I was looking for, no thanks to the staff that never asked if they could help. And there it was, on a shelf, 15 feet up in the air. I asked one of the staff to help and they said they would send someone over. 5 minutes later I had to ask again. He finally found a ladder and then he tried to give me a different item.
Please train your staff to be responsive, helpful, and to listen to your customers.

I co-​hosted a baby shower and celebrated my husband’s birthday in the same week this year, which was totally busy and crazy! The afternoon I spent running errands, I went to Bed, Bath & Beyond for a cake pan, Hallmark for cards, and Hobby Lobby for last minute craft needs and food coloring for cookie frosting. Little did I know that all those things could be found at Party City!
My complaint with this Party City is that a few of the items I wanted were out of of stock, including the streamers I wanted for my husband’s 30^th birthday celebration. However, I found an open pack of them sitting on a shelf (???) so they sold them to me at a discount and as a final sale item. The staff is nice enough, but it’s pretty obvious none of them really love their job. They help when it’s asked of them, but I’ve never had anyone help me that was particularly enthusiastic to do so.
Don’t make my mistake – if you are pressed on time, go to Party City FIRST, and then go get whatever you couldn’t find there somewhere else.

No helium? Helium «shortage»? Can’t drop by and pick up balloons at this location. Have to order in advance.

This Party City location is nearest to work and is basically our go to for birthdays, last minute customer appreciation events, and holidays. Also, when I completely forget and or need last minute party supplies and need to do so in my crunch of a lunch hour. It’s a really convient location.
Employees are always helpful and everything is well organized. Only thing lacking is the amount of these employees. Usually there is a wait at the cash register because of this and finding someone to help is a bit of a struggle.

Party City has everything under the sun! I’m bummed because they moved the store closer to my house and our most recent visit to this location, they did not have any Darth Vader costumes in stock. The sales assistant was nice to call another store, but unfortunately they did not have it either. I ordered online.
It was organized very well and categorized great for easy shopping. I will return for future party favors and decorations.

There’s not much else one could say about a place called party city. It’s awesome.

I throw a lot of parties, as you may know. This particular Party City location has been instrumental in helping me decorate my shindigs and for that, I am eternally grateful.
They must think I’m nuts because most of my conversation with them go something like this:
«Hey, I’m having a party. I need pink cowboy hats with tiaras on them, Hawaiian flowers, do you have any backgrounds with fire dancers, or maybe dolphins? Oh! And I almost forgot, I need mardi gras beads. A lot of them. And a helium machine. Yeah, that should do it.»
And the thing is, while they probably think I am a bit crazy, they always have what I need, or help me order items that aren’t in stock. They’re friendly, fast and all around make this aspect of my job a breeze.
Totally appreciate all their help always and suggest them as a stop for your party-​throwing needs!
