Panda Express

Nice & clean place, nice friendly staff, very helpful! They have a drive thru, 1^st I’ve ever seen, kinda regret didn’t try it out. Was a bit in rush & wanted to see what they have. My mom’s mushroom chicken wasn’t good, she barely touched it.

We called to place an order for pick up. To which the guy was not paying any attention as I had to repeat myself several time. When we got there to pick it up… he had in fact not placed the order at all so we had to reorder everything. Then they stated they were out of 3 of the things we attempted to order. I suppose had he taken the order he would have been able to make more but instead we got several random things due to his incompetence to take an order on the phone.
I will say the orange chicken was good. Out of 7 different things… the orange chicken was the only thing that was good.
Terrible service and the food didn’t make up for it.

Don’t go here at night. They always seen to run out an hour before closing. And no, they don’t make more. Not worth the drive.

This use to be one of my favorite places to go because the kids liked it so much. Came in today and met with great service and that’s where the greatness ended. Ordered our food, sat down, went to get a drink and found ants all over the plastic ware, straws and lids. Told the staff and watched as nearly 15 minutes went by before it was attended to. The floors were disgusting and trash was nearly overflowing. The food was slightly decent. All around, the family said the fried rice wasn’t good (under cooked, hard), the teriyaki chicken was good, the fresh veggies were the highlight of the meal (probably because we waited for fresh ones to get off the wok). Get it together management I don’t want to put you on my never to go again list.

Orange chicken wasn’t very fresh. Cream cheese ragoons were good… I discovered they are shipped frozen, not made fresh by someone in the back. That saddens me.
Black pepper chicken was good. And chow mien was fresh.
The staff was mixed. Some were friendly one definitely didn’t want to be there. The guy on making the food on the wok was working extremely hard.
I’d go back… but not for the ragoons. :P

Arrived at 11 and the food was fresh coming from the wok. The building was very clean and the food was on par with other Panda Express restaurants I have been too. I’d come back.

Food was ok, but it is not an «express» restaurant. Two cashiers and they needed each other’s help to fill each individual order. While one filled a bowl the other stood there with a lid, while a line formed. No one on staff seemed busy, but the line grew. Bad service. Will not go back.

Waited 5 min before anyone even acknowledged I was even standing there. I ordered 2 three entre plates with 4 servings of my favorite sweet fire chicken. It was not ready so we walked away from the counter with 1 entrée plates and a promise that we would be coming soon. They finally came after we were done with our meal. This is the worst Pands Express in SA.

Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes during lunch hour on a Thursday… why? People were actually backing out of the drive thru to get out before they were trapped. Have people pull forward if their order will take 15 minutes. Very frustrating for people with a limited lunch hour.
