If I could give zero stars I would. The service is horrible and management definitely needs to step up and fix the horrible service. I have always loved Olive Garden until now.

If I could give –5 stars I would. Worst experience EVER. We had a reservation at 7. got seated at 8. Didn’t get asked what we wanted until 8:30. I asked for Alfredo sauce as soon as we sat down. We got it an HOUR later. Alfredo sauce. Wtf?! Then paying. Forget it. I knew I hated Olive Garden for a reason. Food sucked. Service was even worse. The only thing that redeemed for this experience was the gift card I received.

I was just blown away by my experience! I would give another star if I could. I went with my mother and grandmother for my grandmother’s birthday dinner. We had the bubbly flights and I do recommend it to anyone of legal age. We did have a salt problem with one of the dishes but the manager on duty — Sean Skipper took care of us sooooo well. We were absolutely impressed and this interaction, for me at least, really made me think much better of Olive Garden.

I ordered a take out order and had to wait 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Then realized my chicken was burnt badly. Never come to this location ever!

UPDATE11 – 24. We were charged $ 1.99 extra on our credit card for this sad meal. I called the manager and he said that this is a charge for games on the ziosk. Apparently customers are charged«all the time» by accidentally clicking the wrong buttons. He said he would refund the charge but what an inconvenience for all parties concerned. Don’t touch the ziosk. I used to be a big fan of this Olive Garden but my past two visits were not up to the service and dining experience that I’ve had in the past. The first visit was on a weekend for dinner with my boyfriend. We were seated in the bar area and the service was incredibly slow. The entire meal start to finish took almost two hours and thirty minutes, and that wasn’t because we were having a leisurely Italian meal. The food we received was good but the breadsticks were stale :(. Additionally, we had to keep reminding our server to bring us things we had asked for like drink refills or to-go boxes. She only had two other tables so I’m not sure why everything took so long. This past Monday evening I went with my family for dinner and the service this time was better, but the food was not. The calamari was inedible. I don’t even think you could call it calamari. It looked like old fried bits of dough and tasted horrible. We sent it back and the manager came over to apologize. He said that they had several complaints about it and that they were«over frying it», but I don’t think that was the only problem. Olive Garden isn’t a seafood restaurant so I don’t expect super fresh seafood, but we’ve definitely had better calamari than this from this location in the past. Our main entrees came out with the toppings congealed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. To add insult to injury, the dessert we ordered(the pumpkin cheesecake that was AMAZING at the Olive Garden on I-10) tasted frozen and the ginger cookie crumbles were obliterated to cookie dust resulting in an unpleasant texture. So sad.

Went during the lunch hour. Everything was fresh and tasted great. I personally don’t understand why some restaurants have carpet. Other then that it was a good experience.

Always have been a fan of the chicken scampi and Alfredo chicken! This location meets olive gardens standards. It’s just in the Alamo ranch area so it’s slightly busy almost all the time. I love to study at the bar with a glass of wine

Zupa Toscanna is still my favorite soup… Peach ice tea use to have fresh peach, not sure if they just ran out today. Bread sticks tasted like they were from yesterday…

Service used to be top notch. Absolutely the pits now. Talking to the manager gets you nowhere. Needs total new management.

We came in around 9pm and got sat within 5 minutes and had someone got our drinks and our server came and got our order. We just ordered fondue appetizer and both had salads. The fondue was awesome, but the salads were not cold or really crisp. Kind of a real let down. The bread sticks were a little over cooked. Overall the food has been way better in the past but it’s wasn’t terrible and we both ate unlimited salads and got full for less than $ 25 including tip. The server Mario was great. He was always around and never needed to ask for anything because he always got it for us. Enjoy!

The personnel here is great. Friendly and professional. The restaurant is accessible from the highway and most parts of the northwest. I love coming here with my family. The Tiramisu is to die for!

Spent Father’s Day with my family at Olive Garden. I had the Chicken Parmigiana and it was good. In fact, everyone enjoyed the food. However, there was a musty, wet carpet odor when they opened the door and showed us to our table. When we sat down I compared it to the smell of a wet dog. i guess our noses got used to it after being there a while, but it was definitely something we should not have had to smell in the first place. Next time we’ll go to the Alamo Ranch location

Came for late Mothers Day dinner and only waited 5 minutes for party of four. Waitress gave my husband wrong dinner but made up for it by not charging for it and even giving us an extra meal to take home. My baked ziti was steaming hot and very cheesy and saucy, exactly how I ordered it. Highly recommend!

It’s amazing what we consider to be «great food» can shift so quickly when we experience better alternatives. That’s my relationship with Olive Garden. Olive Garden has a great business model: decent food that’s ready fairly quickly. I don’t consider it fine dining, it’s more casual dining. For years I was hooked on O.G. until I experienced Johnny Carino’s and then Bravo’s Italian Grill at La Cantera even 1up’d Johnny’s. After experiencing Bravo’s Italian grill at La Cantera, I have was hard pressed to return to Olive Garden. Bravos, being a cut above all of garden, help me realize just how bland and routine Olive Garden’s food truly is. Today I ordered the«new» stuffed sausage rigatoni duet w/lasagna. Just to keep it short and sweet, sadly, both items tasted the same. if you have placed a blindfold over my eyes, I would have a difficult time discerning which I was eating. For dessert I order the cheesecake with the strawberries. However it tasted as though it was sitting in the refrigerator for a few days. It was dry and mealy. I hate that I have to admit that Cheesecake Factory’s cheesecake was FARBETTER than Olive Garden’s cheesecake w/strawberries. I completely understand that all of garden’s business model is to cater to the middle to lower in tier of Italian food lovers. However, if you have a little extra time I highly recommend trying to get a better Italian restaurant and treat your taste buds to Italian cuisine that’s worth while.

Food is great just love the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks(4 different soups to ry) at $ 7.99. Why 4 stars? Can’t help but notice the sour smell like wet dirty carpet

Atmosphere is very busy and noisy. The food service in the kitchen is backed up and slow. However, the table service is great and the waiter has been very friendly.

I arrived at Olive Garden with my Daughter and grandson at 12:20p for lunch. Ryan L. took our drink order. When he came back to the table I asked him what was on the menu that did not include pasta and no «meat». He said, «Oh pescatarian?» This was starting out pretty good. He recommended the salmon. I ordered that with asparagus. Time went by, lots of time… Salad first… then came drinks, oops– wrong drinks. I got what my grandson had ordered and he got my un-sweet tea. Drinks taken from table… more time… finally drinks arrived. «What time is it?» My daughter, «6 minutes after 1p.» What? Server came by, «your food is almost ready, I saw it.» Food finally arrived. The asparagus was lacking and my salmon was over cooked. What a disappointment. If you look at my Unilocal I eat a lot of salmon, that is an understatement! I eat boat loads of it. So I know good salmon when I have it. Sorry Olive Garden, I have to be honest! Please re-evaluate how you are cooking this dish. Mine was over cooked and very dry. I wish I had taken a picture of what I left on my plate and it is a rare thing for me to waste food. I got up to go to the bar to ask for lemons twice! This was a three star experience! On my way out a server by the name of Frank asked me if I wanted a tea to-go. This was nice and I took him up on it. Good thing Frank did that otherwise my experience would have been a 2.5.

I had Angel hair pasta with primavera sauce with grilled chicken. And the pumpkin cheesecake was amazing.

Typical Olive Garden faire. Pros: Good food, service was good, Love the breadsticks and minestrone soup. Cheese Ravioli is great. Clean place to eat Cons: Slightly pricy. Nothing really bad to say.

Slow service, that my biggest complaint. Not willing to work on modifying food choices. Flavor was modest at best. Not trying to be rude about it but was definitely expecting a little more than current service. A bit pricey for the quality of the food.
