Mr. Meximum food truck was at University Park Center building 3 again today.
Fish tacos were pretty good… Main thing I did not like about them was there was too much cheese. I LOVE cheese, but on fish tacos, it should not be a lot, if any at all. Personal preference.
Fish is fried, which is okay with me also. I added green salsa on each taco and that helped the flavor quite a bit. Overall, I don’t think I’ll order the fish tacos again, but I’d like to try some of their other offerings.
Total bill for two fish tacos: $ 7.56. Not bad at all.
