One star, because you have to. I receive massage every two weeks or so for back/hip/leg issues. I saw Brianna, who was very nice for the entire massage. I don’t want to be mean or rude, but it was the longest massage of my life; they usually feel very short. My 90 minute session was largely a one handed event rotating between a thumb, three fingers, or an elbow when she got to ribs, or skeletal structure that resisted her thumbs. The whole 90 minutes felt like a massage my wife would give me after having lost a bet. I felt at best she was uninterested/uneducated which was giving the benefit of the doubt over lazy. I hate wasting money, but spend more than I should to try to get rid of pain. I don’t believe I have ever not tipped anyone until now. –unsatisfied, and still hurting.

We had a membership for almost a year and things were good at first. Little by little our appointment started running later and later. Our last couple of appointments were 30 minutes into our hour. My very last appointment the therapist did not even show up for. He didn’t offer to put me in with anybody else and that’s the day I canceled my membership

I would NEVER recommend this place, they have horrible service. Don’t ever buy into their membership program. They are quick to charge you every month but will not let you use your massages(that you are paying for monthly) for your spouse or anyone else! They force you to buy into their membership programs or charge you over double what the massages cost, guess what? Being greedy will get you nowhere you lost massages today and memberships. I will make sure I let everyone know! Might want to re think your business plan.

This is the best place to get a massage in SA! The staff is friendly and my therapist targeted all of my problem areas. I will continue to come to this location for future massages.

This location is great! I really love how helpful and friendly the staff are. They always have a smile on their face, are willing to help you and do what they can to make sure you are receiving the upmost service. They do great work and I’ve seen such a difference in my skin since starting monthly facials there. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I have had nothing but good experiences with my membership at Massage Heights. It makes it affordable to get a regular massage, and unused services roll over to the next month. My go-to therapist is Shanna. She is wonderful! The facials are great, as well.

What a wonderful place to relax and heal. My therapist is the best, Rosie. She always listens to where I am hurting and after the massage, gives excellent exercises to help different muscle groups. Love the spa itself, all the receptionists are very helpful, always on time, able to book when its convenient and if you’re on the monthly plan, if you can’t come that month, it always is available to book the next month. Very convenient.

I’m currently a member at this location and I’ve never had a bad experience here either! The front office staff is always there ready to greet with you with a smile, warm welcome and they try to accommodate your requests to the best of their abilities. The masseuse are usually great, with the exception of my last visit(she didn’t seem like she knew what she was really doing). My first time with a masseur was actually even better. I thought it would be awkward but that happened to be a day when I was having a lot of shoulder and neck tension and boy did he work it out! One thing they could do to improve this location would be to add WiFi to the lobby. That would be useful as I usually show up at least 10 minutes prior to my appointment or sometimes they run a little behind so that would allow me to keep occupied(not to mention the cellular reception in this area is quite poor — as in I’m currently getting 2 bars of «4G» on AT&T). My only complaint(and it’s a big one) is that as a person I want to connect with another person — NOT a business. A lot of places that offer memberships misstep here. If I go to the gym and I’m looking for a trainer, I want someone that I have some sort of bond with. The same thing goes for my massage therapist — especially when I’m in a paid membership. When you leave your massage, your therapist gives you a list of suggestions and frequencies for how often you should return, but what’s the point? You have no idea what that person’s schedule is like and the way Massage Heights is setup(validated via their online scheduling system), it almost feels like they don’t want you to. When you go online or call, they’re most worried about filling a time slot and they don’t even bother to ask if you have a preference of therapists. If I’m a massage therapist here, that would be one of the more frustrating parts of my job — the company is not helping me to generate repeat business which directly affects their pay. Because of this, I’m contemplating canceling my membership. As someone who’s worked in the service industry for almost 15 years, I can’t support a company that does not adequately support its employees. It would not kill them to have a mini-profile page for each retreat with at a minimum the name, a picture and schedule. That would be a very basic, but good start. Even when I go to get my car serviced, the dealerships usually have a hallway full of frames with technicians names and photos along with their certificates of credibility so this is not an outrageous request.

I have only been here once but I will definitely be coming back. I am a massage therapist and searched the American Massage Therapy Association website for someone that I felt could take good care of me. That’s how I found Natalie. She is very qualified and gave me a wonderful 90 minute deep tissue massage that was much too short! As an athlete, I have lots of issues and I’m very picky. I will see Natalie for as long as she is there, which is hopefully as long as my membership agreement. :). 4 stars only because I can’t cancel whenever I want.

I love to get my massages here. Nicole is my therapist and she is great. She always remembers my sore spots and knots. I have never had a problem with my appointments or charges. I always look forward to my 1 ½ hour hot stone massage. I love my Thursday morning«me» time. My husband moved away for school and canceled his contract without any drama. This franchise works.

Massage Heights was great at massages not so great with terms of service for their memberships. I became a member and was told incorrect information left and right. I really like the place and the experience I had every time was great but I felt locked in to an agreement I was told I could cancel by one of the front reps. My favorite massage therapist was Keisha. She was spot on the best.

Found a great massage therapist here. If only they wouldn’t mess up our appointments or the charges!(they would rate higher if the appointments and charges were done right).
