Mansions At the Player’s Club

Visit personally. What is shown online can be deceptive. We made the mistake of booking from out of state, relying on Internet.
This is a beautiful, expensive apartment gated complex with pool, club house and many amenities.
However, not the best if you have a dog. Yes, there are a couple of stations with poo bags available but they are very limited in space.
There is a drop off in the back grassy area, it is on the map as grass but not ideal for pets.
We thought booking the first floor apartment we could open the lanai out for the dog, but no, it’s a balcony, no way to exit.
There are no sidewalks, NONE along the housing, it’s all cement where you have to walk on the street as cars drive by.
There is a small park that is fenced in but it is also a picnic area for families, etc and should be located in several ares of the long estate, not convenient to access on a daily basis.
There is NO path on the opposite side of the land drop off. I was told to use this area since there are no sidewalks. if you want grass, you have to walk behind others’ apartments and it’s awkward, I feel like a Peeping Tom. Meanwhile cars are zipping by from the main road.
This place can be nice if you are single with no kids and no pets, and want to be located in this very busy traffic section of town, but be careful, it is strictly corporate. They will not bend.
