Cibolo Canyon Apartments

Stayed here for 7 LONG months. Advertised as «luxury apartments»…anything but. A tenant was shot and murdered here. The place is also filthy and smells. There are trash chutes in the parking garages that overflow that you have to walk by daily to get to you car. Often they were not emptied for days and spewed over beyond capacity. :(The stairwells are also filthy and missing light bulbs. Some bright individual spit tobacco on a baseboard in a stairwell and it has not been cleaned the entire time we have lived here! Every other place I have ever stayed has a 30-​day lease notice to vacate requirement. This place has a 60-​day in writing notice required when you leave. They sent a courtesy email reminding me at the 45-​day point and then charged me an additional 2-​weeks rent when I stated I was leaving despite the fact I verbally told their front office TWICE. Also very noisy with young children running through the halls. Military personnel look elsewhere. Pegasus Residential and Cibolo Canyons Apartments are not a military friendly community.
