Or less, no stars. I support what Harvey said and would like to give an example of their incompetence. The first month after moving in, we went to the office to pay rent. We asked Sienna the exact amount, she apparently pulled up the account on the computer and told us it was 700 and some change. We both went what? It’s $ 900. She said no there is a $ 200 credit on the account. Are you sure we asked? She couldn’t explain why. 4 days later and eviction notice for not paying full rent Took care of it. Went in to ensure things were smoothed over, and try to find out what happened. The girl pulled it up, Chelsea I think and said it still showed a credit. U APOLOGIZED to them as I didn’t want to get off to a bad start, well it just continued to go down hill from there. As to the NSF fees. Again another mistake, the NSF fees were because we attempted to pay via the online portal. Whick we kept monitoring the bank account because the credit didn’t show up. WE called them to ask about why the credit hadn’t cleared. As this was a new bank account, the ACH transaction was refused due to fraud analytics. Had there been a true NSF in the account, he would not have immediately been able to get the cashier check required. These people have no flexibility, no desire to work or explain anything to you i.e. $ 200 credit that wasn’t. Notice not one good review on here. After paying with the requisite cashiers check for the 3 required months, we gave them a regular check. Apparently they have s problem with their systems. they made the mistake of calling me, to get Harvey’s Cell number. Something we had stopped by the office and done immediately after changing it and as evidenced by his profile only showing his new number. And after 4 months of dealing with these less than pleasant people and having a particular stressful day, I unfortunately lost my temper and let that poor girl have it. Her manager called me(only time heard from her) back insinuating I was a less than happy person. Which I’m not. But interestingly enough, she was never available when we asked to talk to her before. To reiterate, the tokens NEVER worked. The gate was out a lot, so don’t look for that security you expect from a gated community. The overall upkeep is mediocre. The apartment, the microwave was not even plugged in and I outlet was apparent. Took them a month to fix. Actually it was probably one of the shabbiest ones I’ve seen on move in. And of course, now they want $ 50 of our money and we will never get our deposit back in spite of the apartment looking as good or better than when moved in.

Run away as fast as you can this place is beyond horrible, I will the say the facilities look nice but ends there, the absolute worst management company I have ever tried to work with. The office management are pawns to a corporate office that they won’t let you contact, charged bs fees constantly, to the point I had to turn over to an attorney, it was so bad I moved out 2 months early but it was worth it to pay rent at two places just to get out, like I said Run and don’t look back, the access keys to the recipient area never did work the security gates work sometimes I never had a filter in my a\c unit they finally did fix the microwave after I put in a request to the corporate office, which I still don’t know where that was, not sure if office staff was just rude or stupid. Also to answer Lori response to my review a simple phone call could have solved everything my July rent was not a nsf until I called your office and asked why the money had not come off my card two weeks after I paid it, only to come home that night too my second eviction notice, once again a simple phone call would have been nice and simple, I am in the customer service business and integrity, which is something your company could use some course work on if you call what you do customer service.

Place is just horrible. There really aren’t enough terrible things to say — just stay away.

I will give this review the facts of our experience here at The Lodge. Moved in Labor Day 2014. Visited the space, signed contracts, and moved in within 3 days. Very speedy effort of the sales team. Moved in to a warm apartment because the air conditioning unit was out. Remained out for 3 days. The microwave was also broken upon move in. Replaced after 3 weeks. 2 bedroom 2 bath on 2nd floor with spacious balcony patio is $ 1197 + $ 25 non-negotiable valet trash per month. Access cards to the gym and basketball/racquetball court is $ 25 each. Gym — dumbbells are rusty and elliptical is noisy(broken/loose part). 1 out of 2 entrance gates have been broken(gate remains open) going on 4 weeks now. Air unit is an old fashioned dial(non digital). Gave it 2 stars because the location is great and quiet but the lack of urgency on getting issues fixed puts an overcast on the value of the neighborhood. Every sales person and maintenance employee is very nice and friendly. The management of The Lodge is what needs some changing or improving. Will be moving upon the end of the lease.

I imagine prison would be a more hospitable place to stay compared to this place. Staff is so put out when you ask them questions. The assistant manger is RUDE! Stay away by all accounts! Only perk to living here is that our company paid for it. So glad to move out!
