I honestly expected better. Although the did make my sandwich very quickly, it looked and tasted like a subway knock off. Other than that it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I had to place a «delivery» order today for lunch for 5 people so I ordered online. To my pleasant surprise they delivered it 15 – 20 after I hit the submit button! Fortunately our office is very close by so it was easy for them. The sandwiches were very fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend them.

I’d give them less than 1 star if that were possible. I ordered the exact same as my lunch partner. They delivered her sandwich to the table. I had to go after mine. The number 3 tuna sandwich was absolutely flat-no taste of any kind. I asked for salt and was told that they are not allowed to offer«guests» salt and pepper. Soy sauce is the only flavoring they can add. Oh, how I miss the Subway that used to be in this location. I gave them back their cardboard tasting sandwich. In fairness they did offer me a refund, which I refused for the sake of holding on to my sense of dismay over no salt. So, this is not a restaurant, it’s an assembly line, and customers are commodities not guests.

I popped in yesterday at lunch and ordered the«Turkey Tom» with added cheese(honestly, I was a little disappointed that a five dollar sandwich did not come with cheese; only turkey, lettuce and tomato — cheese was $ 1.00 extra). I was hoping for the best. I got the combo which was $ 9.69 for the sandwich, chips and drink — to go. They literally made it in less than 45 seconds and handed the wrapped sandwich to me– no bag or anything. I asked for napkins and she told me they were at the other end of the counter and that I would have to reach over to get them. I noticed the bags over there as well and grabbed one. Pros: the bun was fresh and tasty Cons: Only 3 slices of turkey(folded in half) covering the whole sandwich = 1 slice per section… sad, sad amount of meat. I guess I’ve gotten spoiled with Jason’s Deli and Lenny’s; sub shops that put large amounts of deli meat on their sandwiches. For almost $ 10, I would rather get my money’s worth(and be treated a little better).
