Great place for buying beer brewing supplies. The staff is knowledgable and very helpful. This store literally has everything one needs to begin an at home brew setup. They also have gift cards which make great presents!

Funny that Unilocal has this listed as a party supply store. No, it’s a home brew supply store. Tasted some really nice brews in their kitchen and found everything I needed to make a home brew. Really cool store.

Just called the store to ask about pricing. The guy gave me all the information quickly and was very helpful. I asked for a recommendation on carboys and he even steered me in the right direction. Will definitely check out the physical location soon.

I had previously had a poor experience, but decided to come back by and give Home Brew Party another shot. I was most pleasantly surprised with what they had been up to. They’ve moved the shelves around, and opened the place up, and still had great selection. I was picking up some yeast for a brew, and the clerk was good enough to ask a few questions and come up with some different recommendations for what to do with the yeast, and what type to use. It was quite good advice. They offer a wide variety of hops, grains(milled on the spot!) Got a CO2 tank that needs to be filled? They can do that to! Right on! They even have some homemade cheese stuff, which I’ve personally never dabbled in, but it’s supposed to be a good side gig for home brewers. I really appreciate the fact that they’ve straightened things up, and I can’t sing the praises of Home Brew Party enough!

I went for a class today and was disappointed when it started late and was very disorganized. The man teaching our class seemed disinterested in the process and I had no interest in finishing the class. However, the other gentleman who was working was very accommodating and allowed me to use the money I paid for the class towards some brewing equipment. I really appreciated that and will continue to use them for my home brew needs. The store seems to have everything you will need to make beer or wine at home but don’t go for any classes. You’re better off learning through trial and error.

Disclaimer: I’m not a brewer. I just needed a new rubber gasket for my ancient beer growler so I could get some beer to go from Big Hops. The store appears well stocked with all kinds of equipment and supplies to suit brewers, vintners, cheese makers and garden-variety mad scientists. In addition to picking up two gaskets for my 2-liter growler, I also grabbed a 1-liter Grolsch-style bottle in brown glass. It’s a better-looking bottle than Big Hops offers, and it’s half the price.
