This is an ‘updated’ review if you want to call it that. If possible, the customer service here as declined… In May I had my second child and was prescribed several prescriptions, some for pain & some antibiotics to start taking the night I arrived home. My prescription was faxed to HEB and should have been waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up 3 hours later. It was not, so I kindly requested that they fill it and said I would be back before closing(about 2 hours later) to pick it up. When I showed up, the cashier informed me that my prescriptions could not be filled until the next day and gave no explanation. I asked if she could elaborate and all she would say is that they were unavailable and I would have to wait. She also could not tell me why I had not been informed of this when I asked them to fill my prescription. After speaking with the manager on duty at the store, I only received an apology and said she would ensure my prescriptions would be ready first thing in the morning. I had a baby 36 hours previous to this, I was in immense pain and unable to drive. I should mention that I also had issues with my hips dislocating and the medicine was an absolute necessity. Leave it to the winners at HEB to make life even more difficult for a new mother…
