Do you not use their pharmacy prescriptions are never ready when they say they are going to be and the lines are long for no reason.

Came here for passport photo services:
They say wait is about an hour, but I only had to wait like 10 minutes. Used that 10 minutes to shop around.

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for years. The main reason I do so is because it is close to my house. I will say that most of the Pharmacy people are flat out rude! They don’t smile and treat you as if you are a nuisance. If I can, I just have my insurance company mail me scripts so I can avoid being treated in this manner.
On the flip side the people that work in the actual store are very nice. The lady at the front counter is great. She smiles and talked to you. She makes you feel like you are actually appreciated. The people in the Pharmacy could take a lesson or two in customer service from her.
Note to Walgreens. You may want to hire people that actually want to be there. I hope you realize that there are many other options for people who need prescriptions filled (HEB, Wal-​Mart, CVS, Sam’s, Costco and a host of small pharmacies).

This Walgreens has made me start going to CVS.
Check out lines are always at least 4 people deep.
Pharmacy techs can’t figure out how to enter info in to the computers, making service sluggish.
I waited in line for a flu shot for 20 minutes, only to be told they were out when I finally made it to the counter.
I’ve never seen an employee here smile.

Stopped here for redbox and ice cream. It was later than 10 so the hours on here are not right. The place was like all Walgreens. Same thing just different place. Creeps in the parking lot at night though.

Excellent Walgreens. Get all my scripts here. The pharmacy is generally a 5 – 10 minute wait if you go inside & more like 10 – 15 if drive thru, but I think all pharmacies are this way. Other than that I visit this specific location multiple times a month.

Favorite Walgreen’s location!
Pros:
–Closer than the nearest HEB.
–Good deals every now and then on random items. BOGO or buy one get one half off.
–Redbox outside
–Friendly employees
–Good Parking.
–Good variety of candy.
–Has most of the necessities and a good variety of hygeine products and medicines.
Cons:
–Can’t get many good food products or produce here.
–Some products more expensive than at HEB or target.
— I wish it was open until like 2am at least.
Overall, Walgreens is great for your last minute needs. It’s convenient and if I need something quick or don’t want to travel too far, I don’t mind paying a little more to save time.
