visiting and needed a repair… ended up getting a pedicure from the cutest tiny girl… she is AMAZING! !!! I recommend the Hawaiian Pedicure… she worked a muscle that was bothering me .feel like NEW person…

Everyone was very nice ! Served wine and water! The lady who did my mani and pedi didn’t speak much english but went above and beyond to try to communicate ! Paid 35 $ for a reg. mani/​pedi.

This place fraudulently charged my debit card (after I left) $ 30 over the amount that I signed for. When I called to talk to them, they argued w/​me, then hung up on me. I’m 39 weeks pregnant & the pedicure was below average at best.

Great customer service! The lady kept a great convo going with me as she gave me a pedicure. I loved the color I chose and she did a great job on my feet and massage too. The chair are modern and do a great back massage as you try and relax. I felt calm and not rushed at all no matter how many people came in also. I would def recommend this place!

Came in for a set of solar nails. It wasn’t busy and they handed me over to a woman I had never met. She gave me the nails I asked for but used the a power tool to clean up her mistakes and cut my cuticles. They were bleeding (four different fingers) and she kept dabbing then with stuff that burned like hell!

Go anywhere but here!!! Asked for squared nails and she kept rounding them and making them shorter and shorter and completely rounded and crooked, after her arguing with me And continuing to file, I finally I paid for them when she wouldn’t stop filing and I got up & left to find somewhere to fix her disaster.

I previous gave this salon 5 stars and the only gripe was the lackluster customer service. I came yesterday and got a deluxe pedicure which the most pricy one on the list. The Old Lady with Short Hair did my feet in 20 mins. She has no manner, she way too fast and rude. Never go back again!!!

Ann did a great job, communicated relatively well, and there was no wait. When I’ve been back I’ve been less impressed with other techs, but my manicure was still done well enough to go back, but left something to be desired in customer service. I’ll give them another try since my first experience was so positive, and want to try out their beautiful pedicure stations.

I went here for the first time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming however, i wanted a design on my nails and they don’t offer alot of them. I also got a pedicure and it was very short and almost no massage. I’ve never had a pedicure without one. It just felt rushed. And for $ 63 I shouldn’t feel rushed. They are reasonably priced if you only get one thing but for the pedicure I had it shouldn’t have cost more than $ 15. I may or may not come back.

I’ve been coming here for a year or so for pedicures and waxings and have never had a complaint. I recently moved across town and find myself driving here every few weeks. The staff is super friendly and their work is well worth the drive. And they offer wine!.. always a bonus!

Today was my first visit and I gota say it was fantastic. Pedicures range from $ 25 — $ 43. Shellac is an extra $ 15. But worth every penny! Very attentive! I will definitely be back!

I relocated to San Antonio from Austin and ended up moving right around the corner from Family Nails. Boy did I get lucky. This shop is clean with friendly staff that take the time to talk to you and not act dis-​interested. I got a full set with a pedicure and was not disappointed by the out come. I will keep coming back for sure!!!

I have been coming here for years. I used to live by here and now I travel to this place to get my eyebrows waxed, my nails filled and pedicures. I have been to many nail salons and this place is my favorite. The staff is so nice. My nails never lift even if I go longer than I should between fills. I have tried most of their services such as shellac, basic manicure, and solar nails and haven’t been disappointed.

Nice, clean nail shop with super friendly technicians. I mean, super friendly. They live up to their name, everyone working there is related and they promote a real sense of community to their patrons.
The salon itself is very simple. They have a limited selection of polish colors, offer typical nail and waxing services, but do it all with a smile.
The lady who did my nails was so super nice. Nothing fancy, nothing pretentious, just a good, simple manicure. I have no complaints, but I have nothing to rave about either. It was a very decent experience.
If I’m ever in the neighborhood again and in a pinch, like I was today, I’d be happy to go back. Manicure was $ 15, but they didn’t have any colors I liked, so I left without polish. But, they were so nice and friendly, I had to Unilocal about it.
