Horrible management! I arrived to take ownership of small studio and it wasn’t ready to move in. I didn’t get no phonecall ahead of time to let me know. They said it would be ready by end of day but it wasn’t because they said they were installing carpet and cleaning. Long story short — -since day one management failed to act on complaints and resolve issues.
Don’t recommend this place to anyone over the age of 21.

I love living here! the view from my bedroom and living room are the rolling hills of the hill country. I don’t feel like I’m living in SA. Having moved from Houston, I was very hesitant about SA, but I love the area and this apt especially. The leasing staff are very nice, but there has always been a wait when I needed to get something done… Like other have said, the grounds are well kept. I love the gym and swimming pool and don’t even need to pay for a gym membership! There are weekly events for residents and always something to do.

My girlfriend and I have lived at eilan for 2 years and I can absolutely say it’s the best place we’ve ever lived.
The grounds are always impeccably kept. The maintenance staff are courteous and helpful.
The leasing staff are very sweet and accommodating. Tara was our leasing agent (and neighbor) and is probably the sweetest person you’ll ever meet.
We also love Danielle and Jessica in the office. Jessica was very helpful and went above and beyond for us multiple times.
We had the AC go out once and maintenance came the same night and fixed it.
The actual apartments are amazing, we’ve lived in a 1 bed 1.5 bath and a 2 bed 2 bath and they have both been amazing. The finishes and fixtures are all luxury and high quality.
The amenities are incredible. As a resident, you get to use the hotel pool and gym and their are also 2 separate resident pools to enjoy.
The gym is the best I’ve ever had at an apartment. It’s very large and has most of the equipment you would find in a gym that you would pay $ 50+ per month to use.
There’s also an indoor pool and hot tub.
To sum things up, whenever we return to San Antonio, I can’t imagine any other apartment complex to live it. Highly recommended.
