Aura At The Rim

Not sure what the previous review was about. I was in here yesterday and the staff were all perfectly fine. Got a nice tour. Very pretty property. Just still trying to decide if I want to be up here by my office, or downtown. If this region is my eventual decision, the Aura gets my top vote.

Stopped by yesterday to look for a 1-​bedroom apartment and received the absolute worst service that we have ever had the misfortune of experiencing ANYWHERE. Upon walking into the leasing office we were «greeted» by an employee whom did not even bother standing up to shake hands and who’s enthusiasm (if you can call it that) could not be more obviously forced. We were made to feel like a burden for walking in and asking for assistance. The employee literally did not help us in any way other than giving us short & bitchy answers to OUR questions leaving my girlfriend and I to feel very uncomfortable and un-​welcomed. What is unsettling is that we actually liked the apartment complex but our entire 20 minute visit (maybe like 10 min of actual talking) left an incredibly bad taste in our mouths.
TL;DR — Bad vibes, bad moods, bad service, nice apartment complex
