I am still very bitter about them getting rid of their breakfast combos(coffee + sandwich of some sort + hash browns). Now you have to buy everything separate. Good for them bad for your wallet. I come here because my mom is obsessed with their coffee. The only thing I enjoy from here is their bagel with tuna. Its not a bad location but in the morning good luck trying to get in! If you need your coffee fix I’m sure you will manage. ;)

It’s Dunkin doughnuts. Not bad. Clean and decent service. Not the freshest doughnuts. A little disappointed actually

Be careful with your Dunkin Donuts rewards. Remember to show them up front when you open your app. You will be instructed to open the pay option. Your email will not work unless you have a barcode. Customer service was fast & manager was on top of things. Be back soon.

Two stars because I probably will return — only because they usually have good coffee and I have always loved Dunkin Donuts. The service at this location has been consistently subpar and they almost always mess up my order. I order a sandwich with 4 things on it and almost every time they leave off one of those things or add something else that completely doesn’t go with it. The last week I went there, I ordered, got to the window and they actually asked me for once if it was okay that they didn’t have the sauce for it — I said fine and waited for about 2 minutes and then they came back and said sorry, we are out of turkey too. Went there today just for coffee at 9 am and it was burnt, I think that’s a sign that I should start cooking breakfast and making coffee at home…

I’m not going to say how many extra Munchkins I received, but it was more than I ordered! #HookedUp #EatTheEvidence

Once again, the everything bagel tastes stale and there’s very little cream cheese. I was hoping the last time was an anomaly, but it appears to be a trend — 3 of the last 4 visits were sub-par. Guess I’ll have to go to the Dunks near Lackland from now on. They get 1 star at this location because they still serve good coffee, but not much more. Disappointing.

Go to stops at night :) fast service, open late and of course donuts! Nothing special but it’s good, I might be crazy but this is the first donut shop that I know that’s open late. Only thing, don’t be too complicated with your coffee order, their speciality is donuts. they offer almond milk and all of these things but keep it simple or be disappointed. I appreciate the service.

Every time I come here it is so slow and workers seem to hate each other. One rings up the order and the other gets the donuts. I give it 3 stars because the donuts are always good but the service could be a whole lot better. Hard to get America running on Dunkin when you order from the grouch. Enjoy.

All I can say about this place is I just love the 24 hr drive thru lane lol When I’m up late any night and want a naughty person snack or treat, I know where to head Last night some guy did complain in front of me though because my lights were blinding him in the drive thru, just move your mirrors dude lol But the doughnuts here are worth not driving 35 minutes to Krispy Kreme

They always have what you are looking for and have wonderful service to boot. Way better service than the Starbucks just a couple of minutes down the road from it. I’ll continue to go here unless anything changes.

Bagel was burnt and had no cream cheese. They forgot my doughnuts and I had to go back

Stop by yesterday for their 99cent ice coffee and iced tea deal. Iced coffee was decent, nothing special. I had to take 2 stars because when we came in around 5:30pm, the place was filthy. There were used tissue papers everywhere, the seats were stained with coffee and needs to be wiped, trash needs to be empty and the floors need to be sweep. We were the only customers at the moment, and it was already in the afternoon. I expected that they shouldn’t be that busy. Anyways, I would still come for their donuts and coffee. But I hope the management will look at the cleanliness of their restaurant.

New found treasure! After visiting DD for the first time at this location, I ordered the usual donut. At the second visit I decided to venture outside of my box(or maybe I was extra hungry) and order their sausage, egg and cheese on croissant. DELICIOUS! Now I crave it! Egg white is good, sausage is good and cheese is good. And the croissant is very soft and fresh! And the drive thru is 24 hours… holla!

I’m was my first time here so I had to try the glaze as its my fav at the other place. I was not a fan of their glaze. The sour cream is identical to the old fashion at Starbucks but only better. My husband did not like his cheese Danish and neither did I. DD has a wide variety of donuts and other items on the menu that I look forward to trying. I am a fan and the drive thru service was awesome! Not to mention the drive thru is 24 hours.

Being from New England I couldn’t be happier the Dunkin franchise is spreading out here! Simply the best donuts & iced coffees in the country. Being totally honest: the breakfast sandwiches tend to be a total bust, but everything else is delicious! Also, everyone who has served me has been kind & helpful.

Stopped in here for free wifi and get the kids a treat. It was after lunch and the place was quiet. We ordered a variety pack of donut holes. The last three in a few extra. I had a chai and my mom had a latte. Both were great. Better then the competition. My kids were are to play and snack while I got on wifi. It was a bit slow and is my reason for 3 stars.

We’ve always had a good time here, really enjoy the breakfast, much better then McDonald’s and more relaxed atmosphere when sitting down, staff is always friendly and helpful with suggestions when I’m being picky Tip: try the sour cream doughnut, my new favorite, suggested by a employee

Quick and painless! Haven’t had a bad experience so far. We’ve been a handful of times. Coffee is always made properly(i.e. sugar/cream requests fulfilled) plus it’s the perfect temp so I can drink it fairly soon after ordering. We don’t eat donuts but love their bagels and sandwich products. I have ordered one of those breakfast tacos and it was deflated-flat. It tasted okay but the size was puny. Eh, it was $ 1 I think. Can’t complain for a dollar. Employees are friendly and usually chipper… Even at 4am! They’ll actually engage in convo unlike S-Bux and our names are spelled correct on the receipts. So happy we have a DD near our new home :-) we’re from the east coast and used to seeing one on every block… Was sad to find out that wasn’t the case in SA. We’ll be back to the Culebra location, no doubt!

What can I say besides disgusting. I ordered an egg white, turkey with cheese flat bread sandwich. Nooo flavor what so ever. The bread was really hard and tasteless. All in all, the worst fast food breakfast I have ever had. The meal did come with hash browns which tasted like nothing but oil. However, my dog enjoyed them. I will not be eating here again, not even if it was free. Only positive was the place was extremely nice and clean.

I WILL revise this review once they figure out what they heck they’re doing… Went here around 5:30AM on 3 May 2013t. There were about 5 people ahead of me. They had 1 register open yet 5 people roaming around near the drive up window, including the manager. After about 5 minutes, the woman at the counter finally got her order and left. The next customer must have been ordering for a ton of people because he was still at the counter after an additional 5 minutes. The manager did come out and ask if any of us were going to order coffee but what he should have done is open a register. After almost 10 minutes and only 1 customer getting their order, I walked out. I know this place just opened but the service was horrendous. They had about 10 people working; one was taking orders, another attempting to make coffee drinks(did not look proficient at all), a manager walking around looking shell shocked by the growing line and slow service of his staff, and 5 or more people standing around in the back doing almost nothing. Like I said, I will try them again once they get a bit of experience but his visit was awful!
