Eh. I’ve been here twice. On this most recent visit, I ended up getting new tires. They gave me a credit for my old tires because they were still under warranty. I had made a reservation the day before because based on my previous visit, the wait can be long. With a reservation, they had my SUV out and ready to go in about 45 minutes. The reason for the 3 star rating, long lines and lack of front counter associates. Also, the place left my steering wheel and gear shift dirty after driving my vehicle.

Normally I don’t take the time to write reviews about tire shops or oil change places. I guess the times they are a changin’… I figured a few props were in order(and a review) to Bryce and the guys at this Discount Tire for helping me out when I found a screw in the tire of my moms new car. They greeted me as I got out of my car and got right to work getting seeing what they could do. Most other places charge a fee for patching a whole, not to mention that the wait for the same service at Firestone across the parking lot would have been over an hour and a half… Bryce looked at my tire and said that he’d be able to patch it FORFREE. Saving money is always a great thing, and to make it better the whole ting from start to finish took less than 30 minutes.

Totally a fan! I go here to get my tires balanced and rotated — and they are always so helpful — and fast! … and they don’t do that weird«up sale» thing or tell you other things are wrong with your tires or car. Next time I need new tires, I’m hitting up this location of discount tires.

I am very used to getting«hosed» with all things car related… so when I came in with a Slow Leak(thanks to a screw) 15 minutes before these guys closed — I was prepared to get screwed… Well — the opposite occured. The guy said if the tire could be patched it would be free of charge, and that the patch would be reliable for a 2200 mile road trip(which I am taking tomorrow), the worst case would be for a new tire installation which would be 165 – 220(lower and higher grade options). While they worked on my car I ran over to Las Palapas for a bite to eat, adn 10 minutes into my meal the guy that works at Discount Tire came over with my car, keys, and a bill for $ 0 because they were able to patch it… Holy Smokes.
