I started going to Alta Belleza Salon about 8 months ago. I actually ran into the owner DD at a doctors office and I loved her hair. The timing was perfect because I had a nightmare of an experience at my previous salon. The experience was wonderful she fixed my color… gorgeous and gave me a sassy cut and I also got a brazilian blow out which I love! I was at the salon about 3 hours and paid under 200.00 total with tip. Well worth every cent! I get compliments on my hair daily and have referred all my friends and family. They are most definitely a 5 star salon and the attention to detail is excellent!!!

I’m not the kind of person to go to a salon for my hair. I like $ 12 hair cuts from super cuts. But I needed to fix the color in my hair. So the positives of this place… The people were nice.
Not so positives… I wish I were the type of person to demand my money back, but I’m not. Or else I would! So… The sign said $ 85 for a color. Cool, I’ll do that, I need it. But they decided my hair needs a couple extra treatments to get it to my color. Little did I know I’d be charged extra for those. A lot extra. They didn’t ask, they didn’t tell me I was being charged, they just did it. Then I needed a trim. A trim. They charged me for a hair cut on top of everything else. I left there paying 221 dollars!!! Ummm… I about cried. Not to mention I asked for my natural hair color, and the one he showed me worked perfectly. Another lady mixed it and said she went darker cuz it would fade. Well my hair is practically black now, it’s not even in the right shade family. Not even close to what I was shown before.

After 3 hrs there… Charged me tons without telling me they were going to.
I have black hair when my natural color is light brown, but it’ll wash out. Ha!
