Clocks of San Antonio

Joel is a true clock master. He serviced our grandfathers clock in November 2015. The chimes sounded harsh, the lunar calendar and the days weren’t on track. We talked at length with Joel prior to his visit. Upon arrival, he examined our clock, laid out his tools and went to work. He explained what he found and the process of cleaning, oiling and fine tuning. He makes house calls having closed his retail store. He not only put everything in tip top shape he educated us about our clock that we acquired in Europe 30+ years ago He taught us how to properly care and and keep it running smoothly for decades to come.

The retail store is closed. I have been told by another local clock repair shop they still make house calls on grandfather clocks.

Joel went above and beyond to help me with my wall clock, thank you so much! He didn’t just try to take my money, he was very enthusiastic about helping me and went into detail about my different options. It was very affordable and even though the work was done very quickly he still wanted to keep the clock a little longer to make sure it kept perfect time. Joel kept in touch with me to inform me of his progress while it was in his shop and my clock has been running like a top since he returned it to me. It was an all around perfect experience and I will take my clock to no one else! Trust me, I have tried other clock shops and they rip you off!
