Cinemark Theatres

The most unprofessional management and worst customer service. This theatre failed to warn customers that the entire first three– four rows would be reserved regardless to how early you get there to get a good seat. When some one mentioned to the employee they should have made customers aware of this before buying tickets, employee replied «he can go get a refund if he likes» lol. Jesus!

I am sad that the $ 1 Cinemark was replaced with a $ 7.25 movie theater by Cinemark! Dang. I miss them $ 1 movies, CINEMARK!!!
I have been here a couple of times whenever I come back into town to see my parents and sister. Once on the holiday and another time just recently. Both times I had a good time and ended up using a discount coupon for a drink and popcorn which was totally worth spending some money to see a just released movie.
Seats are super comfortable (they lean far back like a cholo) and plenty of leg room for you when you are seated.
I am a HUGE fan and supporter of Alamo Drafthouse but this theater is not bad considering how much money you pay to see a movie as well as how cheap food and popcorn can be (if you have a coupon).
3 stars are given because both times, after I see the movie, I have been approached by people in the parking lot usually asking for money and/​or any spare change I have. I DO NOT like to be approached by anyone especially if I am 1) alone, and 2) coming out late from a movie. Where is the security?! This is NOT OKAY!

I go to this theater when I get my weekly coupons and if it’s something like I could use … get free popcorn with drink. Clean theaters. Good prices. No annoying patrons or crying babies. It would have been nicer if they had more restaurants nearby.

If your looking for a decent place and dont mind people narrating the movie or just simply just putting in there 2 cents then this is your spot. I have been here on 2 different occasions and both time I have people doint this.
