The food was very good and there was a variety of main dishes, sides and dips/sauces. This is a buffet, but is served from behind the counter by an employee– but don’t worry, portions are big. The only thing I disliked was the loud TV playing.

This is a good lunch spot near Lackland AFB. It’s $ 10 for a Mediterranean cafeteria style buffet. The portions are really big, so come hungry. My favorites are the eggplant with ground beef, lamb shank, hummus, and tzaziki.

The food is really good, my family and I very much enjoyed everything we had. Food is authentic which is a plus and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely go back again and again.

As soon as you walk in this place you will be taken to the Middle East. The sweet smell of hookah mixed with the spell of spices and their hot food is incomparable. Cafeteria style food, they serve you heaps, just like the other reviewers said. You can go back as many times as you want. A cool selection of middle eastern sodas in the fridge and a little shop selling specialty food from the ME. What an awesome little find. I will be coming back!

A decent little Mediterranean buffet near Lackland AFB. The restaurant used to be a Quizno’s, and most of the décor still reflects that. There’s a small grocery section at the back of the store where you can pick up some Middle Eastern delicacies to go. The $ 10 lunch buffet includes a drink, which you choose from a cooler near the door. The standard cans of Coke are available along with some regional selections. I went with a refreshing mint yogurt drink. The buffet is not self-serve, which I always find a little off-putting. But the food is good, as is the variety of dishes. Unlike most buffets of this type, they have grilled lamb, and they’re not stingy about giving you as much as you want. Several of the dishes contain eggplant, which is always a plus for me. The selection of sides(hummus, baba ghanoush, dolmas and assorted dips & salads) is excellent, but I found the pita stale. All in all, a pretty good lunch place. Check it out!
