This place is a bit on the run down side, especially in the common areas.
The apartment building sits in the middle of downtown, on a weird triangular lot. It’s six stories tall, and is built in a very cool art-​deco style. I love the Mayan motifs built into the architecture.
The elevators work, but I’d rather take the stairs. The apartments are decent, but I can’t attest to the landlords or anything.
It’s in a great location, right in the middle of downtown!
