Boutique Mammography Center

I’ve had more mammograms than I care to remember, but never came away wanting to praise the facility. You go in, fill out a couple of short forms, then quick as a whippet you’re taken back to change into a gown. A personable and competent technician does the deed, you wait a few minutes, and within ½ hour start-​to-​finish, you’re back at the front desk being handed a long-​stemmed pink rose.
I echo the previous reviewer who commented on the nice touches in the décor, the comfort of the chairs, and cloth gowns that were large enough to encompass a plus size person without that embarrassed «now I see you» phenomenon that makes hospital gowns infamous.
Five stars, well earned.

This may seem like a weird business to review on Unilocal,but I had such a great experience here on Thursday, I had to review it. I came here for my annual mammogram and it was one of the nicest experiences ever. First, the waiting area had really comfy chairs and coffee was available. Most of these diagnostic centers are very clinical looking, but this one had decorator touches which put you at ease. They had REAL, high quality cloth dressing gowns and the secondary waiting center had a little space heater to keep from getting cold while you waited. The staff were all professional and nice and I was DONE… completely, in and out in 30 minutes. As I left, they gave me a pink rose to thank me for coming in… a real one, too.
