Bitterwood Ranch Apartments

My fiancé and I moved in to our apartment in March and it has been great so far! The move in process was quick and easy, everyone is very polite. There aren’t a bunch of kids running around, it’s pretty peaceful. Only con are the cats walking on my car, I HATE cats lol. Anyway, any maintenance requests we have (just 1 or 2) are done right away! My unit is great, I requested upgraded appliances so I am satisfied. No apartment complex is 100% perfect but I am glad I moved here for a good price compared to other complexes.

We moved in to our apt in February and have been very happy with the management and the complex as a whole. Yes, there are a lot of stray cats, but I have been assured they are being neutered to prevent higher population and there are about half as many still running around as there were when we first moved in. Maintenance us quick to fix problems, like when the water main broke and had to be repaired. They had it fixed in just one day, unlike my old apt complex that left us without water for an entire week with no explanation or reimbursement. My only complaint is that not everyone picks up after their dogs which makes walking ours not as pleasurable since we have to avoid land mines, but that’s the residents being lazy, not management as there are bags provided in several locations. No apt complex is perfect, but this place is one of the best that I have lived in since moving to San Antonio 11 years ago.

We have lived here a total of 2 ½ months and the water has gone out (for more that 8 hours) at least 3 times. When I say the water has gone out I mean no toilet, no shower, no laundry, no dishwasher, no freaking water. There are cats everywhere, and they are mean. The laundry room is gross and smells of cat pee. You can hear your neighbors having sex. The gym is a disappointment. The pool is never clean. It’s just bad.
