Worst customer service EVER! If there’s one thing I hate, its walking into a place and not being greeted. You just stand around looking lost and no one helps. That’s exactly what happens here. If you dont have an appointment, you dont exist. I understand the purpose of appointments, but even if a customer is a walk in, they should be greeted warmly and treated with respect. I gave this place 2 stars because the barbers do good work, but some of them are extremely self-​righteous. Makes for an uncomfortable environment.

I’ve been taking my son to Daniel at Bexar County Kutz for about 4mts now. After trying many different chains, salons, I can say that hands down this establishment gives great attention to detail. The barbers are all very nice and accomidating. The shop is typically busy with local patrons and military from the neighboring base. The location isn’t very convenient for me personally but i don’t mind the distance considering the quality of service. My son gets a faded undercut with tapered sideburns. I never have to worry about consistency Daniel always does an AMAZING job. He has built such a great rapport with my little boy.

Visiting from Cali, I’m a Marine so standards I’d say are high for everything! Came here observed all the barbers and they all did great jobs. I went with FLAVE, he is the first chair on the right as you walk in.
Growing my hair out and I wanted a part in the side not too wide. He took his time, was patient in cutting not in a rush. End state: I wish I had a barber like him in Cali, loved the haircut. No pics cause I procrastinated. Maybe another cut before I rollout.
You need an appointment if you go for FLAVE so call ahead, his # (210) 240‑9601. Trust me I’m un-​bias the place is legit.

Been coming here starting at the beginning of the summer. I wanted people that know how to keep up with the times and where I can get a great haircut! This place is definitely worth the drive and getting a haircut. They definitely know what they are doing. Ive been going to Chris and always does a great job. Place is somewhat small so its better to make an appt otherwise you can wait a bit. Weekends are always busy which is a good because you know they are doing something right!

Got one of the cleanest razor low fades at this spot. My edge up was also straight edge & on point. Definitely recommend this spot.
