Extremely dissatisfied with my service. My dog was fine and came out looking well done, however the guys in the shop were extremely unprofessional. My dog is older and has separation anxiety. When they finally came out to the front they asked me what my last name was, didn’t even care about my dogs name. When they called me they said «your dog is ready to be picked up» I have had my dog for over 9 years and gets groomed about every 6 weeks, I know how groomers work. When I went to pick her up, they told me how horrible she was, how she screamed anytime they touched her, how she screamed as soon as I left. I have NEVER had a groomed give me this response. I didn’t trust them and apparently she didn’t either. I should have trusted my gut and just left the shop, the door even said «walk-​ins welcome» that should have been my first clue, no customer service, no personality. I will never come back to this place! I only gave a second star because the groom was done well, even if they ignored my request for a puppy cut instead of the traditional schnauzer cut. (They said there was no such thing, yet every other groomer knows what I’m talking about). I am not sure where they for these other reviews from or if they paid for them, but they are one of the most unprofessional places to go.

LOVE THIS PLACE! A+ service for years ! I take both my rescue dogs there and have never been disappointed! The owner knows all of us my name and is one of the few places you don’t need an appointment! He always provides fast, polite and great service! His prices are also much lower than other groomers!

I have been here twice now to have my long haired cat shaved. They are one of the few places in town that groom cats and they don’t sedate the kitties! I get the summer trim which is a shave with a lion mane, boties, and Pom Pom tail. They also trim the claws. They do an excellent job and it lasts for a good 9 – 10 months before the hair gets crazy and my cat starts throwing up hair balls. The owner usually take cats early in the day 6 – 7 am before a lot of the dogs are there so it’s less stressful for the cat. He is usually done in less than 2 hrs. 70 $ price is cheaper than most other pet groomers I spoke to. The store is clean and efficient with good service. Highly recommend.

They always do a great job of trimming my guinea pig’s nails, and only charge $ 5. I don’t even have to make an appointment.

These guys are one of two groomers I regularly use. They do a terrific job, and I’ve been having my miniature schnauzer groomed here for years. Before I got her, I had my old schnauzer (who has since passed away) groomed here since she was a puppy. They’ve been around a long time, and do a good job. I especially like that they are very accommodating, even when she’s particularly «frowzy» looking, like after a lot of rain.

If you are reading the reviews below please don’t believe the people who are complaining about certain things because I’ve been here before and Noah is really cool and the reason a dog might have little hair compared to what you asked May be because the dogs hair is too matted to clip properly, or maybe if their anal gland leaks a bit more is because it’s to help clean their systems and a small discharge is excepted sometimes, or maybe the reason you’re being told trivia is because he wants you to understand something and not sound like a d-​bag for not saying why you can’t do the dog. You have to understand how much a dog can freak out from hair clippers or a bath because accidents do happen when a dog bites the groomer. Please understand everything Noah does is to benefit the dog and the owner. When you get a dog groomed here it gets the whole package instead of of having to pay individually for everything unlike other places. So if you would like your dog to be groomed I would recommend this place. Note he does not do certain breeds nor older dogs that don’t often get groomed as they’re the most common dogs that freak out easily and may bite or accidentally cause harm to themselves by attempting to jump off the grooming table.

I have been taking my dog to Best in Show for 2 years and have always been pleased with their work. My 5 year old retriever-​spaniel mix had a difficult coat to cut and this is the first place to give her a truly smooth clean cut. Very pleased that I don’t get charged extra for her troublesome coat, as other groomers have.

Called this place to take my 3 year old, 35 lb Australian Shepherd in to be groomed. I was put through a gauntlet-​like stream of questions, and was eventaully provided with an 8 minute talk educating me on how much it will be cost to get her groomed because they can do 5 dogs in the same amount of time it takes to do 1 dog. If you’re too busy to take new clients, just say so up front and don’t waste everyone’s time.

I called around to try and find a dog groomer to take my dogs to. This one was convenient because it was close to my home/​work, the price was also right. I called and the man I spoke with was really nice, gave me prices willingly, told me to drop them off the next morning and that he would call to pick them up. I did what he said, dropped them off and he called me a few hours later to get them. I arrived probably five minutes after his phone call, told him I’d be there right away, I picked up my dogs (who just had their anal glands expressed by the groomer) and put them in the car. Got home and their was anal gland juice and poo ALL over the back of my car. Seriously disgusting. That’s definitely not cool. I had to bathe them again when I got home, which is the last thing I wanted to do, plus I had to wash my car. I was sooo extremely unimpressed with what I received by this groomer.
