First off… there was homeless man sitting by the door who asked us to give him money. You walk in and it seems so out dated. There’s a whole sloo of food to choose from, but nothing that grabbed my attention. My husband got some ice cream and it looked like a science project. I was sitting there the whole time dying to leave. Finally my husband said, I can’t take it anymore. Let’s go. I said thank you. As we were walking out we saw the same homeless man… who asked for money again. Does he belong there? We don’t plan to come back.

Lots of choices, standard chinese buffet fare, mongolian grill, and«sushi» buffet. All-in-all a great place for a quick eat.

RUNFROMTHISPLACE. RUNFAST RUNFAR just.whatever it takes RUUUUUUUNNNNN I cringe just thinking about it. I’m cringing while I’m typing. We found the worlds biggest WATERBUG in our plate of crawfish… I’m talking about a good 2 inch waterbug aka water ROACH… and I was sick. sick sick sick sick. Literally sick. All over everything sick. recalling it is making me sick right now. There’s just. no way I comprehend how something that big could possibly have made it from a pot in the back of the restaurant. into the buffet in the middle of a pan of crawfish (except. if u happen to get a glance into the kitchen, it’s pretty gruesome… I had the opportunity while I was there… standing at the buffet. I’ll explain further down) Our waiter saw us return with the plate. His eyes got big and he called for one of the other employees to come get the plate off the table FAST while my mate tried to stop the collateral damage from hurling I was in the middle of. I think he saved their bench. I apologize if anyone sat there and it smelled off. we tried. I just wanted to up and leave, but no… first we had to pay for our meal. As in… they treated me like I was trying to steal their food and told me that I had to pay for he meal. the owner was in China and I had to pay. So I did. and then stood at the buffet shooing people away with my story. Which i guess upset the management. They said they’d call the police on me(but for what? I paid for my meal. I was a paying customer) so they offered a refund. Which I no longer wanted. Because. Seriously. I was offended at the implication that I was unable to pay the little bit for the buffet(perhaps due to my skin tone? I can’t be sure, I’m just taking a stab at a guess with that one) AND The place was full of military people that risk their lives for my safety and families with children! I kinda felt duty bound to stop them from eating bugs on accident(I know they eat them on purpose during survival training, but those bugs are free. these, they pay for) You can’t see to the bottoms of any of their buffet trays. There’s no telling what’s lurking in their sauces. They helped me lose a nice amount of weight because I am so unwilling to eat at another buffet. So they get 1 star for that.

Best buffet I’ve had in Texas. I always go there. I love the food. It’s all so yummy. Just don’t go after 8pm because you’ll pretty much get left overs & dried food. Other than that, it’s a great place to eat.

I personally enjoyed going there for lunch yesterday. I have to high light the crawfish which i tight was the star of the show. It was the best tasting crawfish a buffet can offer. The selection isn’t to big but it compensates for the pricing. The service is okay. They don’t bug you the whole time your trying to eat. But its 4 star for a 8 to 10 buffet.

Went here recently after a meeting for lunch. I could not get over the smell, it was horrible. As I sat there to eat I noticed there is a ton of dust over everything in the place. The food was passable but nothing to write home about. I will not be back.

Our regular Wednesday place to eat. The staff is superior, the food is excellent, and the facility is acceptable… Although it could use an upgrade in a few areas. Good mix of standard Asian buffet items, American food, and a few Mexican dishes. There’s something for everyone. Choice of the buffet or order off the menu. Staff is great. They treat us like a million bucks!

I should have known… Any place that is parked next to a goodwill and directly off of Austin Hwy. couldn’t have been very good under any circumstances… The food was cold. Egg rolls tasted 4 days old. And the dessert was the absolute worst. My 5 year old daughter enjoyed the cheesecake, but she will compliment anything with sugar. Except their artificial chocolate cake squares. The best part of the visit was the prepackaged fortune cookie. And even that I did not finish. Go to chopsticks off 410. It’s less expensive and WAYBETTER.

Geez. what a shame to charge 10.99 for dinner(totally not worth the price) and not to even enjoy what you eat, when in reality their buffet price for dinner should probably be about 4.99. first off, the lo mein noodles tasted burnt and the rice was bland, there wasn’t a great selection on meats. I got the general tso chicken, seemed like it was cooked with the batter with old meat, I also got another chicken entre, a little better but bland still. I also got the shrimp with fried batter, no taste and the batter seemed darkened and notgolden. The soup had absolutely no taste to it, really the only thing I enjoyed was the fruit they had there, I got the peaches that seemed to come out of a can and the tangerines. the peaches were good, but the tangerines tasted like they were old and borderline bad. I definitely would not come back to this place, their quality of food and price, not worth it at all, waste of money.

The service was good. Had a very large group and were seated fast. Food was ok. It was nice and hot. The sweet tea was really good. The waiter always made sure everyone’s glass was full.

This buffet is good. Their spread is vast and pretty typical of large Asian buffets. Everything tasted good. The sushi was surprisingly tasty and fresh. Sometimes, I steer clear of buffet sushi because they tend to be dry and tasteless. But not here. They also had crab legs and crawfish. Our empty plates were taken away by staff often and our drinks were never empty. Dessert included soft serve, cheesecake, and fresh fruit. It’s all good here.

Price is good, not many options besides the normal Chinese buffet option. Some of the entrees were cold or looked like they had been sitting for too long. Very few desert options. I would say this is place is average but not worth coming back to.

I wanted to give this place a two but threw in an extra star because of the free ice cream cone machine. This place tastes exactly like every other budget friendly Asian buffet. Seriously, I think they must buy their foods from the same suppliers. Service was sub par. The waiter hardly seemed to notice or acknowledge us, but he did keep our glasses full so not sure if I can really complain. The food hardly had any taste but the staff did keep it fresh and always available. I doubt I’d come back here again.

We have tried several buffets in town and this has been the best choice for crab legs by far(served cold) everyone is very friendly and I never feel rushed. Enjoyable experience all around.

I have come back after a year-and-a-half absence to find that they have had three great inspection reports in a row with only three demerits. Hurray, I am back in their camp and the food was pretty good today. Nasty, Nasty, and Nasty… After discovering this place has failed three in a row inspection reports with 35 demerits or over, and looking at the pictures of this dirty carpet, I’ll never come to this nasty place again… Old Reviews No Longer Valid… Being selective and choosing the choice items will garner you one tasty lunch at this buffet($ 7.59 lunch). They have the standard deserts(peanut brittle, that obligatory pink mouse, bananas with raspberry sauce). Things i were impressed with: the sushi, though limited was very fresh with delicious rice. The sushi didn’t have a lot of briny flavor from the nori, but there were one or two with a little crunch, which I could swear was crumbled bacon. I wish I had made note of which one that was because it was excellent. Then there was another piece of sushi nestled in some sort of pouch of dough and shredded seaweed and cucumber. That one was sweet and salty combined. Other standouts were anything cooked with broccoli such as the Mongolian beef. They make great efforts to not over cook the broccoli and string beans here. My favorites here though are the jalapeño chicken and the«house special chicken», both smothered in an earthy, sweet and spicy hoisin sauce that had great flavor. The chicken for the house special is a dark meat chicken, very lean with large pieces and is first well charred, and then after being coated in that hoisen sauce it becomes caramelized from the sugars in the sauce. The pork fried rice is another standout and is perfectly cooked and very flavorful. I would come here again for the sushi, fried rice, and house chicken… Stay away from the crawfish… On the second visit, everything was excellent and was super hot and fresh and fried perfectly. Service was excellent, but especially today all the food was excellent. The ceviche, seaweed salad, and the crab salads were fresh too. I’m here at noon today and the place is packed with military people in uniform.

My friends took me here back in May. I thought I wrote a review. Anyways. We went here on Jan 8, 2015 after my son’s swimming lessons. We were starving because we usually eat dinner at 4pm. I love their sesame with red bean paste balls. The Chinese bbq pork ribs are good. They have a variety of foods. I enjoyed the salt and pepper shrimp. My daughter enjoyed the salad bar and the sautéed mushrooms. My husband did take advantage of the sushi bar. My son enjoyed practical everything. Not a bad a ray of Chinese American foods. Service was no wow factor. What do you expect for a buffet? Price was $ 10.xx for adults Children were $ 5.xx

Inattentive hostess and cold food. And actually overpriced for the quality of food available. Our hostess took over 20 minutes to come back and ask if we needed anything.

Went with a friend, ate a little but off our plates. Both immediately felt sick, and went straight home to throw up. Zero stars, I don’t recommend unless you’re wanting to get sick.

Great place if you value quantity over quality. A nice variety of Americanized Chinese grub. The best bet is the stir fry station.
