CASH SCAMMERS. This should be zero stars. Shorted all of my change from my $ 20. Handed him a $ 20 for $ 13.xx worth of food. Handed over my $ 20 bill and he closed the window. Opened the window with food and NO CHANGE. AND no receipt! Only the order slip. Was the only one in line and they couldnt produce my receipt when requested. Then they left the window to «count the register» and returned saying it balanced ao no change. Really? You took my order and didnt even ring it up. Why didnt you just give me my $ 6 change, take a loss on your scammed $ 20 and keep from exposure. Food was totally cold so I returned it. So you get $ 6 instead of $ 13 you’d have in ur pocket if youd given me my change. Talk about dumb criminals. I am a regular but never again. I should report you to sapd fraud but I will wait to see what the owner and corporate think. DONT GO HERE

Food was what to expect but personnel kind of weird the one that took my order was bothered by me spending money in this location. The cook and the order taker later were throwing F-​bombs at each other for every guest to hear. I avoid this kind of restaurants because you never know how they handle the food if they have no cutomer service skills.

Always great service and good food. Missed Arby’s when I was working in the boonies. Still love the food. Always will. They are really good at «slicing up freshness».

We come here and go through drive through once a week for dinner. It’s not the fastest but the staff is always very friendly and it’s always good and fresh tasting. The outside of building is nothing to talk about but it’s aways good. Enjoy.

Excellent customer service was provided at this location during our hour lunch. Also, the place was well kept and clean unlike other fast food places. We enjoyed our food tremendously; including the chicken sandwiches. We will be visiting soon in the near future.

Although it may not be healthy it is cheap and good fast food. Beef n Cheddar and curly fries are awesome :). Arby’s are starting to become obsolete and are harder and harder to find. It’s a good alternative to bigger chains like Mc D’s or Jack in the Box.

Tried the new turkey classic sandwich. The most uninspired sandwich ever. Turkey on a bun. No pickles, lettuce, no mustard, mayo, secret sauce, no salt, no pepper… nada, zip, zilch.
Won’t ever stop there again.

Arby’s are definitely hard to find nowadays! This is my prime location and I eat here frequently because I live in the medical center. If I’m ever craving an Arby’s roast beef sandwich, I immediately stop here, it’s pretty convenient. The service is usually really fast when you sit in or drive thru. The location itself is actually really small so during lunch times (it never gets overly packed) you’re sometimes sat like back to back with another table, it just depends if that kinda stuff irritates you or not. Otherwise, there’s really nothing wrong w/​this location at all! It is kind of difficult to get out of especially because of where it’s located on Wurzbach, but everything else is just fine!
