McDonald’s

The only time I come here is for breakfast. The only item I like is the sausage, egg, and cheese mcmuffin. I would say about 75% of the time I end up with a ham, egg, and cheese. I don’t like this one. Would like some attention paid, as I come here kinda often. I wish someone else sold a mcmuffin style item. If they did, I would go there. Two stars only because when it happens, it is epic.

This location is hot and cold. That applies to the food and the service. Sometimes you get the people that are on things and keep the line moving. Other times you get the people that when you pull up to get your food, they’re so out of it they don’t know what you’re there to pickup. Shoot they may not even know they’re working at McDonalds. This is one of those locations that only accepts cash after 1−2am which is kind of annoying.

Wow! They gave me the wrong order, I returned it and they reused the returned items after they had been in my hands!

I usually avoid crappy, too expensive places that turn out cardboard sandwiches, but I had a buy one, get one quarter pounder coupon. For the first time here, I had a server (Nancy) who was nice polite and efficient. Usually I get the Charles Barkely rejects that waddle by and ignore you, The burgers were cold, the fries were hot and I suppose I could have done worse. McDonalds has never been great, but now it seems like a disaster. The drive thru is terrible. It is so slow that an elderly person could pass away before they got their food. I think my visits are over.

I went through drive thru the other day and asked them to please make me fresh fries I don’t mind waiting for them and I got the worst hard not fresh fries I have every had from any food place. Very disappointed in this location it was even slow they could have made fresh fries easy just lazy

I love that you get 2 hash browns for $ 1 not all locations do this

One of my favorite McDonald’s locations.
The play area here is great, they have a toddler area which is really nice for the small kiddos who can’t really climb up in the big kids area! The service is usually really good and even though the drive thru can get pretty packed and crazy — they’re usually really efficient and fast.
The only reason I gave them a 4 stars was because of how ridiculously packed. So much so that if you go in the drive thru, you’re more than likely going to be in someones way. The way this McD’s is built isn’t very good because of the way the drive thru is situated near the entrance and also near the exits for people who are parked. Pretty inconvenient!
Otherwise, this is a great McD’s and like I said, the play area is fantastic!
*UPDATE 7÷1÷14: I had an extremely positive experience at this McDonald’s recently. I was visitng with my family and was behind a rude customer who was loudly talking negatively about one of the employees and how he was «different» because he was wearing slight make-​up and wore his hair different. I was so happy to see the manager stick up for her employees by explaining they can’t discriminate against their employees. When I interefered (which I couldn’t ignore this conversation), I told the manager I thought he looked gorgeous to which she agreed. So happy that this McDonalds supports their employees!

This McDonalds, in my opinon is one of the best in SA. The atmosphere is relaxing, with 2 HDTVs playing CNN and ESPN all day long. The only con about this place is that the drive thru gets too congested during rush hour.

Oh yeah time to get fat and nasty!!! Quick and friendly service!!! Drive through gets slammed all the time so go inside. Way faster.

This McDonalds location is one of my favorites in town. Their staff is fast, friendly, and helpful no matter the time of day. The kids play area is extremely clean and quite often has a staff member in the area keeping an eye on the kids. Utilizing the two drive thru lanes you’re sure to get fast and accurate service from this «Fast» food establishment.
