Applebee’s

Horrible service. Sat down, 15 minutes passed by, and still nobody came by to take our drink order. Told the host and he told us to hold on. 5 min later still no server. I should of walked out much sooner. Wasted my time.

I always enjoy these tacos and I enjoy the customer service at this location. Thanks to every one.

Bartender was very rude, no smile and had a lot of attitude. For 10 minutes she was not at the station.

Clean inside. Took a little longer than expected for waiter to come by. But the food was decent. A little small but worth it. I’d come by here again just not very often.

This is the tale of the appetizer that never made it to our table…
First, the waitress took a long time to make it to our table to take our drink order after we were seated. Maybe we should have gotten up and walked next door to the OG. But the biggest issue was that we ordered two appetizers and only one made it to our table. A short while after, our main course was brought to our table. We reminded the waitress about our missing appetizer, but 15 minutes later, it still was «missing».
The food was ok, but the service was very poor.

You won’t be satisfied with the food. Ordered the sizzling shrimp and chicken. Waitress came back with just warm shrimp and overcooked burnt chicken. It wasn’t even sizzling. The waitress should’ve communicated better with us and it wasn’t even a busy night. Never coming back.

This place is dirty. Lots of dirty tables, no one was in a hurry to clean them up. Once we were seated it took forever to be greeted by our waiter. As we were waiting for our food, other staff got upset and was cussing and being loud to another employee & was punching a monitor screen. A door alarm went off and no one was in a hurry to turn it off. Was annoying trying to enjoy our meal with an alarm going off. Our waiter was the only guy working his butt off. I will only give it a 1star because our food was good but that’s about it! Will not come back. This place has gone downhill.

I knew that there must be a reason why I haven’t frequented an Applebee’s since high school. But alas, my boyfriend was given an Applebee’s gift card for Christmas and we felt obligated to use it. Even before we went, we were both in agony. Even so, I had my hopes that perhaps I would be able to choose wisely and enjoy my meal.
I looked at the menu (just now) to provide a better detailed of the food that we ordered; however, the experience was so unmemorable that I can’t recall what my boyfriend or I had for dinner. Nevertheless, we left feeling unsatiated and unsatisfied with the food and service. I will never me visiting an Applebees ever again.

*slow clap* wow applebees. You did it. You finally did it. You managed to disappoint me to death. Never have I had a good experience at an Applebee. It’s only sheer luck that inandout burger, olive garden and anyone better was packed. To be fair to applebees I expected to be let down.
It wasn’t busy but we had to wait half an hour for food. The margaritas were pure mix. My first drink took 15 minutes to be delivered. The boneless wings I got were over breaded and over saused, it was way too much. I got high fived in the face once I saw the bill. Paid to play trivia because things were taking so long… And it sucked.
Long, sad story short I paid more than the service and food was worth. I’m normally the kind of person to not complain and respectfully eat the food even if it’s not to par.
Avoid at all cost. Buy Doritos at a gas station and be able to feel some kind of satisfaction.

This is truly our neighborhood bar, we go there 3 – 4 times weekly. Easy parking, nice ambience, good drinks and prices, food is just so-​so. We like their ribs and some of the appetizers. We do wish corporate office would stop changing the menu so frequently.

Lunch portions were small but food was ok. Too much sauce/​dressing on shrimp salad. Order with dressing on side.

I ate at this location today. I ordered fiesta lime chicken and my colleague ordered Thai shrimp salad.
The chicken I ordered was harder then a rock. I am not exaggerating even with a knife it was hard to cut through. I brought this to the servers attention who said let me talk to the manager and nothing was done not even an apology. I don’t know why this chicken was so hard either it was old and had been cooked or microwaved a few times. My suggestion is unless you have teeth like jaws stay away from the fiesta line chicken. Over all I was very disappointed with the food.
All I can say is Applebee’s need to look at the quality of food they serve or they will lose a bunch of customers.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Service was mediocre. Food was straight shitty. I ordered a sirloin, which was obviously frozen or precooked and reheated. It had the consistency of cheap hamburger meat, yet managed to taste worse. Management appeared to be nonexistent. We ate around 11, and employees who were off the clock, still in uniform, were sitting at the bar, drinking and being loud and obnoxiously singing.
It was an all around crappy experience. Crappy enough to ensure that Applebee’s never gets another penny of mine again.

My search is over, I have found what has to be the worst pot stickers ever. These where more of a fried won ton than anything else. Hard, crunchy, and even the filling was so burnt that crumbles fell out once bitten into. When I mentioned how dry they were to my server she just looked at them and said «yeah, yeah, they are a little over cooked». No offer to replace, no apology, just a pissed off attitude.
I did offer a second star because the shrimp scampi was fairly good.
My biggest complaint however is that the server would not any of the dirty dishes away. Need a refill on water, you get a new glass and leave the old ones. State that you are done with the appetizer, she still leaves it. Finish the meal and just want to relax for a minute, all dishes remain. The same was true for the table where the guest left already. Must be someone else’s job, certainly not my servers. Thanks for nothing Shawn!

Had a lovely experience at this Applebee’s. Our waitress was attentive and had personality, and the food was actually really excellent. Also, the 2 for 20 or 25 (depending on which entrée is chosen) is a great deal because you get an appetizer to come along with it.
If you’re gonna go to Applebee’s, go to this one!

First of all this place doesn’t even deserve a star.
My husband and a friend went to go get a dessert for us to share at Applebee’s that we called in and when they came back (we ordered the blonde brownie) they forgot the maple frosting.
So I took the dessert all the way back to let them know and the manager asked me what I wanted him to do. Well I want you to get me the right sauce and then I want you to give me my money back or give me another one.
So he goes to put the order in for my other dessert.
15 mins or so later they bring me the dessert after I asked two people to check on it for me.
But when they bring me the dessert it’s missing the candies nuts and the maple frosting and the maple frosting they forgot in the first place!!!
So I tell them and she goes back in the kitchen… Another 15 mins or so goes by and they still didn’t bring it to me. Finally I get up and go to the bar and ask for my stuff but the hostess brings it to me and its freaking COLD!!! So not only did they forget it and it was cold but because it was cold that means THEY WERE PREMADE!!!
Never again will I go back to this so called «restaurant»!
A very big disappointment because I used to work at an Applebee’s.
Another thing I want to say is non of the servers were in proper uniform and had their hair down, the wrong color uniform, facial hair, and just not somewhere I want to eat.

I haven’t been to any Applebee’s in about 10 years, and I finally talked my wife into trying it out again. We got there about 7 on a Saturday evening and the parking lot was empty, when we went to be seated they told us there’s a 35 min wait, although well more than half the place was empty.
We got seated and I ordered a sirloin steak dinner and my wife got a cheeseburger. When my steak arrived I cut a piece and took a good bite. It was the worst piece of beef I’ve ever tasted, I cut another piece just to check again.
I ordered it med — rare and it looked like it was extra rare, but there was no blood. There wasn’t any juice to speak of. It was gummy and sour.
My wife’s burger wasn’t much better.
We paid for our drinks and left.

My 1.5 yr old son and I went on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. There were many open tables and wait staff seemed to be quite relaxed because most of them were standing near the bar chatting. After asking multiple waitresses and waiters for beverages, each one said «let me find your waiter». We waited 30 minutes and the very nice woman sitting next to us asked if we could get some service, none was had. The hostess that seated us walked by many times and did not seem to care that nothing was on the table. I could tell my child was getting upset just sitting there, so we stood up to leave. The individual who I am assuming was the manager, as well as the hostess both said «hope you enjoyed your meal, come back soon», with NO realization that we never were served.

Applebee’s shells out some mean Happy Hour specials that you should check out STAT! Who can beat half-​off appetizers after 10PM?
I’ve dined here a couple of times but the food doesn’t do it for me. The appetizers are great, I love their boneless buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks (portions are very generous). The steak is a little funky but I should know better. Dr. Oz just recently shouted from the rooftops that he’s a fan of their 550 calorie Napa Chicken & Portobellos, I’m an Oz fan so I’ll definitely have to check that out next time.
The happy-​hour drink specials are crazy cheap! Their bartender sure knows how to make a good drink, we often get their Bloody Mary’s at $ 3.99, THAT PRICE! Check out my photos for the rest of the awesome drink prices/​offerings.

Because it’s a national chain, it’s pretty easy to pooh-​pooh Applebee’s. I’ve gone to various locations a few times for lunch over the years and haven’t really thought much about it one way of the other.
But this one near Rackspace has a very pleasant ambiance in the evening. The lighting is low, creating a nice mood. It’s actually fairly quiet, which is really surprising in a «casual dining» restaurant.
The prices are very reasonable, and the food is pretty good. They have recently launched a 550-​calorie healthy menu that offers a wide variety of good-​tasting dishes. My wife had the lemon parmesan shrimp, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I went with the Roma pepper steak, which I thought was fantastic.
The people who work at this location are friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. All in all, I am very impressed with this location.
