We stopped to eat here when in San Antonio for the weekend. It was superb! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the beers were cold, and the food was delicious! I had a Burger Fi cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce instead of the bun and my friend had a regular Burger Fi cheeseburger. we split an order of fries(which was more than enough). Every bite was wonderful– made even more so because it is ethically sourced. I also really appreciated the manager visiting our table to ensure we were having a great visit.

This is a solid burger joint. The nice polished wooden tables, comfortable seating, high chairs, hanging lights, it has a really nice atmosphere with an outdoor area that has a playground for the kids. This is a fresh change from your other average burger stops. There are not many choices, like In-N-Out, but has the similar feel as Smashburger. I got myself a cheeseburger and I was slightly surprised at how small it was, although after eating through it, I was even more surprised at how filling it was. The burger is juicy, fresh veggies, and even as far as a presentation point of view, looks like a good burger. The herb and parmesan fries are a good choice, and their smallest size can feed two people easily. My only real complaint is that the price for two is higher than one would expect, but the taste is hard to beat.

FAB!!! Yes as others say not a huge burger but guess what America that’s why we have an obesity problem. Quantity not quality. This gets 5 stars for quality and the tastiest onion rings ever! Don’t miss it.

Five for the experience and the food, one for the expensive price. Tasty food just pricy.

Cheeseburger in Paradise, if you consider Oak Park to be «paradise.» These guys are spot on with their burgers. The ingredients were obviously fresh– heaped with crisp veggies, and fat stacks of tomatoes on each burger. They have gone the distance to ensure that the beef they use is hormone-free, non-GMO, grass-raised, upstanding bovine citizens. It shows in the flavor! They offer a wide variety of burgers with different sides — huge onion rings– or fries. The fries were acceptably fresh, but they lacked much in the way of seasonings, or options on how I could get them. They offer all these accessories for the burgers– they should offer accessories for the fries too. Their condiment selection was lacking– they only had a few sauces. This place has a futuristic Coca-cola machine that’ll dispense any flavor of soda you can think of. I’ve heard that strange things happen if you mix all 200+ flavors together in one drink… You can bring your kids out to the outdoors area and let them go crazy out there. There’s a jungle gym out there for them to climb on while chowing down on a cheeseburger. The interior is nicely furnished with cool retro lights, and an modernly organic décor. There’s plenty of parking in the same lot as the Oak Park HEB. It’s a nice place to get a burger, and watch the Spurs game– they have televisions.

My favorite veggie burger in SA(so far). The outdoor area + playscape make this location a family fave. They serve wine & beer & frozen custard. They’re on the pricey side so we only come here once in a while but it’s a fun place to have a delicious meal & keep the kids entertained.

Got a single burger from here and it was amazing. Very fresh and almost comparable to in n out burgers. They also give a military discount and have beer. What more could you ask for?

I have given this place two chances. Both times they have had multiple things incorrect in our order. To their credit, they do their best to correct mistakes, but it is several things… No fries with kids’ meals, the wrong bun, egg over hard instead of runny… Etc. The first time they were new and a gave them some room for growing pains. Now it just seems they are sloppy in the way they run things. Oh, their burgers are also tiny.

Not bad at all. I can really appreciate the efforts that this company puts fourth to maintain a hormone and antibiotic free product available to its patrons. Better ingredients are a very basic standard that we should expect from anywhere we choose to eat or feed our family’s.I am glad to see they make that a priority here within this chain. The hand cut fries are a plus bit I can appreciate the Garlic Parmesan Aioli fries especially. Yum! I was pleased to find out that this place has a fabulous Vegetarian burger option as well. It is a quinoa patty and a pretty tasty one at that. Even my 14 year old son enjoyed it as well and he is a pretty picky eater. The burger is not huge but it is not small either. Seriously, as if Americans need bigger burgers in their life anyway? They don’t. The portion is perfect with a side of fries you are all set. If you are dead set on killing it in calories here try one of their root beer floats or a custard shake. Also pretty nice and they have a good selection of pure cane sugar sodas as well. Something else I liked about this place though. It is extremely Earth Friendly. They recycle bottles & apparently each location is built according to environmentally sustainable best practices and includes earth-friendly elements. Chairs made from upcycled Coca-Cola bottles and tables made from upcycled milk jugs. It is hard to believe after seeing how nice the tables are that they are actually wooden tables from upcycled wood pallets. The giant ceiling fan within helps them use less energy. Also according to their website they have stringent recycling programs for oil, cardboard, bottles and cans in place, too. The awesome earth friendly standards, the tasty Veggi-Fi burger and the garlic fries will keep me coming back to this new Alamo Heights location and I am happy to have a new vegetarian friendly option so close to me. Keep up the good work guys! Area of weakness: The music. Hopefully they can work on that. It was like a horrible pop explosion till some 1970’s rock came on. Which was better but temporary.

First timer… Ordered a simple burger and fries and due to the price had high expectations. The logo stamped bun was cool, The kid size burger, not so much… But that was ok because I was betting on the flavor… Disappointed again. The décor was cool and clean but doubt if I return.

Well. The shake was good. We paid over $ 18 for a Burgerfi Cheeseburger(lettuce, tomato, sauce), a large order of onion rings, and a banana shake. Kind of on the pricy side. The portion of the burger was wimpy and it was just a burger. Nothing special. Could make it at home(with the exception of the logo on the bun). The portion of the shake was also a tad small, but reasonable. The onion rings were HUGE. But they weren’t very flavorful, even with the Cajun seasoning(which cost extra). The large size looks appealing, but the balance of batter to onion was skewed in favor of onion. My breath will never be the same. Service was sub par. Won’t be returning.

We stopped by here for burger and fries… What’d we get? Burger and fries. i ordered the single with bacon, grilled mushrooms, grilled jalapeños, white cheddar cheese, and a1 sauce. It was smaller than expected, but tasted great. I also had the fries with Cajun seasoning and rings. Thick cut onion rings with thick batter, but all tasty. A little salty on the Cajun fries, but I would order them again. My girl had the lettuce wrapped cheeseburger. Haha crazy woman. She enjoyed it. She had the plain fries and said they were a little bland. The Spurs game was on tonight, but it was not crowded. they have enough tvs and a patio to watch the game. We’ll probably go again and try other menu items. In all have a couple of beers, eat a burger and fries, and chill. Worth at least a visit.

Visited first time last night. Like the look of the place good vibes. Ordered the Breakfast All Day burger, Very good. Fries are very good, Onion Rings bland need more seasoning in batter I think and maybe cooked a little longer. A little pricey but will go back. They say Craft Beer on the building, They had two what I would call craft beer. Sierra Nevada Torpedo and Ballast Point Session IPA, would have preferred Sculpin! If your going to put Craft Beer in Big letters on the window they need more selection!

The Angus hot dog is too expensive for what you get. The French Fries are great and so is the Vienna Beef hot dog. The chili is not to good. Biggest downside is the drink cups are so small and if the have Vienna Beef as a supplier why don’t they get chili from them too.

I wish I could give this place five stars, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the burgers are delicious, and the restaurant has a cool urban vibe… but the lettuce was not crisp at all and the bun on my my husband’s burger was smushed down and didn’t resemble the photo at all. We will be back to give them another try though. I ordered the green style(lettuce wrapped) burger since they don’t offer gluten free buns. The burger itself was incredibly delicious, perfectly seasoned and the garlic aioli was a wonderful complement. However, the lettuce was not crisp at all which was a huge disappointment especially since it was what was holding everything together. I wanted so badly to enjoy some of the amazing fries my husband ordered, but they are fried in the same oil as the onion rings, but they sure looked amazing. I know we will be back though, your burger is one of the tastiest I’ve had!

The burger gods have heard my prayers — a new swanky BurgerFi location in my neighborhood?! You know where to find me, folks. My fiancé and I celebrated BurgerFi’s grand opening by lunching there this afternoon. With the new location being nestled away in my own neck of the woods, I’m thrilled about the choice of spot. The environment is open, airy, and clean, plus they’ve got a cute little side patio with a playground for the kiddos to run around. Lots of seating, high-rise tables, and a great design concept that will facilitate a warm and inviting atmosphere while you wait to be graced with the presence of a heavenly, divine burger. I ordered my classic favorite, the crispy quinoa VegeFi which is always the perfect balance of juicy, sweet, and spicy when you add a touch of fresh jalapeños. No matter your choice of burger, you’re going to want to add a side of cry and fries – the ultimate blessing for those onion ring AND fry connoisseurs — you’ll never have to make up your mind again! But don’t forget the garlic aioli — it’s the finishing touch. As expected with any new restaurant location, the staff was still getting used to the order operations, but they were all were extremely friendly and our order was out timely for there being such a crowd. Give this place a few days, and they’re going to be slinging out delicious burger goodness left and right. Ultimately, there are so many reasons I’m a fan of BurgerFi, and at the top of the list is their promise to consumers for fresh, tasty, and natural ingredients. From their environmentally conscious approach to their handmade condiments, this place has really got it going on. If you’re looking to spend a little more than the average buck for a burger that will rock your world, I highly recommend coming on down to my side of town and giving it a try.
