Anna’s Linens

We walked in here looking for pillows. We were immediately greeted and was giving a ad. The store was clean and well stocked. We opted to buy the 2 pillows for $ 5. We get to the register and the young lady was like, «I can assist you over here.» I go over to her register and she totally ignores me. Then she goes to help another lady and I am standing there, pillows in hand, ready to check out and it was like I was not even there. The manager looks up and says, «She will help you in a minute.» In a minute? Lady, I was the first person in line, she was about to ring me up and then left me hanging. We left the pillows and walked out.
If this is the level of service you give customers, then I have no problems ever coming back.
