Julio’s is amazing for authentic Mexican burritos. I love their spicy brisket and their tapatios are TODIEFOR. They stay busy(especially on Saturday mornings) and it’s for a good reason. All their meats are delicious, as are their breakfast fillings. They are extremely quick and efficient at getting out orders(even for the complicated folks). Make Julio’s your weekend cheat meal.

The service was fast, the lunch and breakfast burritos were ok but a bit greasy. The salsa bar was filthy and needed to be refilled.

Came in here on Saturday while in town for Memorial DAy Weekend. I used to love the cheeseburgers back in the day when it was still next door to Red Wing Shoes. well… this time the burger was so dry. My husband could barely eat it. I ordered the chicken tapatios which were to die for. He was kind of bummed he didn’t order what I did and said he’d order that the next time he comes down to Angelo with me. picture coming soon…

Julios. What is not to like here. Quality, service quickness, a little of history, a good personal story, and menu options alone will make you a lifelong customer! I miss eating here. The salsa is just magical! I get the bacon, egg, cheese and potato burrito. And I really enjoy the Guiso, cheese, and sour cream!

Love the burritos here. Best in town! Great price. Generous portions. A few criticisms would be for them to make homemade tortillas and this would be 5 star for sure. And I wish I could order a bean and cheese burrito for less than $ 2.50. It’s just bean and cheese. Should be cheaper. Like $ 1.50 since there is no meat. I’d probably buy them by the dozen if they were.

This might be my favorite place to get breakfast in San Angelo. Chorizo and egg burrito is deliciously greasy and my must order every time. There are beaucoups of filling choices. A shame they aren’t open Sundays.

Good burritos and decent service. They have several options for burritos that are unlabeled, but they will go over what exactly they are if you ask.

Definitely not my first choice in San Angelo, I expected more for how busy it always is. Nothing special about the burritos, it was all egg with a few tiny crumbles of sausage. I won’t be returning considering there are much better burrito places in the area.

Since moving to San Angelo, this is the only new place I’ve tried that has impressed me. The meat/potato burritos are SO good! I’m so glad our movers recommended this place to us!

Kidding me? Service is terrible. Had lunch special 2 burritos & drink. Guac was $ 1 extra, sure no problem, but each? They were out of ice tea, do u have any more? No. Out of my favorite guac based salsa, can I please get some, sorry no more. No more? It’s 1pm, are u kidding me!!!

What is there not to love about Julio’s? Sure it’s not fancy but it is fast and you can build your own authentic creation. Get there early for the best options. If you are a fan of Menudo hit them up on Saturday mornings.

Food is good. However the ladies working the drive thru are rude, not friendly, and will make you want to go to Diego’s that is now just down the street. Sad that a business would have people like this working for them and running people off. I know it’s early and some people are not morning people but come on. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again just to be thoroughly disappointed in how they treat their paying customers.

If you’re wondering where to get a burrito in San Angelo, this is the place. None of the other reviews have mentioned the tapatios, which are my favorite thing to eat in San Angelo. If you’re up early on a Saturday, they also have easily the best menudo in town. It’s usually sold out by noon, but it’s very worth getting out of bed for.

We stopped here for a quick breakfast on a Saturday morning. The line was nearly out the door, so we knew it was popular! There were SO many choices of burrito fillings! All of them looked delicious, but I settled on potato and egg, and bacon and egg. The tortillas were very fresh and probably homemade. The hot sauce and verde sauces were delicious! When I’m in town, I know where to go for breakfast!

They have other food, but I have been craving a decent burrito since we got to town almost four months ago. We came here from the Phoenix, Arizona area where fast food Mexican places are not only as common as say, McDonalds, but they taste good too. We were excited to see a «Julios» thinking it was at least similar to a «Juliobertos»(or anything ending in «bertos» from back home). About two months ago, we tried to go here, but they were closed(what the hell is with that here in San Angelo, anyways? Nothing’s ever open after 2pm it seems). We were up early on Sunday morning so we went and got burritos. We expected that since the prices were about the same(maybe even a little higher) than back home, the size and type of the food would be the same. Nope! Our two burritos came out to about seven or 8 dollars and were tiny. They were actually taco sized and mine wasn’t even filled with what I told them to put in it. We won’t be back, but it was worth trying, I guess.
