We walked in to a filthy place.
The cashier was unfriendly; yes, it was partly our fault, but a good cashier will ask you what you want to drink, not this one, we had already paid out when we realized that we had forgotten to order our drinks… we drank water.
We ordered mixed veggies, be forewarned, it’s beans, onion, bell pepper to go on the tacos.
We ordered sopapillas which came out with the order, so they were cold and chewy by the time we had finished our meal. (I think the cashier missed that one, too)
The staff was unfriendly.
So, the saga continues, we, also, left a purse behind; when we showed back up, there it was, the table had been cleaned up, and the purse was still at the table for anyone to take; seems like they would have put it in a safe place.
They just seemed very disorganized.
Quite a night… «went from bad too worse.»
We will give the manager credit, he apologized and said that our issues were the fault of the cashier, that he would talk to her.
We did like the tacos.

Normally very good. Watery queso and cold food today. Slipping!!! Watery queso is not a good sign… trying to save pennies…

Decent fast food taco location. We only recently discovered this place and it’s our go to taco shop now. It’s not sit down Mexican but it’s go for a quick bite or you can use the drive thru. Their Mojo sauce is so good. It’s a chipotle type mayo and I can’t get enough.
Their toquitos are very good as well. We always get an order when we go

First time visiting and was not impressed at all. The young lady taking our order acted like she would rather be somewhere else. Never smiled, didn’t acknowledge us, when asked a question she replied back very rudely that she didn’t know how they prepared the food. After she took our order I asked her if she was having a bad night, she answered yes, I then told her that her actions showed it. What little bit of food you got you definitely paid for it. Will not go back. It appeared people where only there for the drinks not the food.

My husband ordered delivery here one night when we got home late and didn’t feel like cooking. The food got there in a decent amount of time, but it was gross. I took one bite of my chicken taco and wanted to spit it out. It was bland, mushy, and super liquidy. I tried the rice and beans next. The rice was ok… tasted a bit weird and the beans were super salty. I can’t say anything about the location. Maybe the food at the restaurant is better, but I will never order delivery from them again.

A laid back sitdown Tex-​Mex spot with surfer vibe to it. Everything on the menu is great, usually gets packed for dinner but that doesn’t slow down the speed of service. A nice alternative option to a Freebird’s or Chipotle.

My husband and I have had their breakfast burritos before, and they weren’t bad, but this review is about the lunch experience we had.
The rice in our burritos was horrendously undercooked, and the food tasted bland. Thank goodness for the margaritas. Some positive features are the appropriately tacky décor (I’m not being sarcastic) and the friendly waitstaff.
It’s not a horrible place, but I haven’t been back since.

The tacos were delicious. However, they forgot about us in the drive through for about 20 minutes.

Wanted to like this place. Seemed like a fun place to have a drink and eat tacos. But the food quality is very poor! Grossed me out! Go to Rosa’s!

Went here on a Saturday night with my family as we were visiting for the weekend. The tacos I had were really good and the margaritas were tight. I had a kona longboard after that and it was nice and cold. We ate out on the patio area and there was live music, it was country and western (boo!), but the two guys were entertaining. The only complaint was the guacamole, it seemed store bought with some pico de gallo thrown in. We will definitely be going back!

I’ve gone here twice in the last few weeks. The regular tacos were really good, but the rice had a funky taste. The chicken burrito I had on the more recent visit wasn’t very good tho. The chicken was very dry and overall the burrito was kind of bland. Order tacos.

This place is a good stand in when we can’t figure out where else to go. The shrimp fajitas are pretty good but a little heavy on the salty seasoning.

Good spot to go and they stay open late. Margaritas are spot on (rocks). Taco plates and the soup are standard. The queso is great! Plenty of space here and has a good college vibe feel to it.

This place has great food! Their breakfast tacos are great, catch the Friday special its good. The brisket quesadilla is a favorite of mine as well.

Adore this place love the food but come back for the amazing drinks ! best margaritas in town!

I don’t know what they’re going for here but there are better taco joints all over Angelo. Been to Baja and had the real deal The theme they have going is fun but the food falls WAY short. Find another taco in town, because the «shark sauce» on the tables isn’t gonna begin to make that nasty taco you just ordered taste any better. P. S. Skip the chips and salsa with the funky seafood seasoning… so wrong!

This is my favorite place to eat when visiting San Angelo. Everything I’ve had has been sooooo good. The nachos are delicious. The chicken enchiladas are awesome. The beans are yummy. The taquitos are good, too, as long as you dip them in something. The taquitos, by themselves, could use a bit more seasoning. Oh! I almost forgot! The frozen strawberry margarita was sooooo, sooooo, soooo good, and I am picky about my frozen margaritas. Overall, they’re great! I will surely be back next time I am in town visiting!

Me and the wife love this place, tacos are good and the queso is really good. Best of all, the staff has been very courteous every time we eat there.

Prices aren’t so bad, food is decent quality, and service was pretty good! They have pretty good selection too. Not the best in my opinion, but not bad at all :) Will gladly return in the future

Nice order taker — she was patient with us taking our time.
The food was fresh tasting and I liked it WAY better than Freebirds.
They have a good variety for the «just a little hungry» all the way to the «I’m so hungry I could eat a bear!» (aka my hubs) I had the bowl creation and there was enough left for another meal!
I haven’t been here again, but not for lack of desire, it’s just that I’m not on that side of town often. Hubs has been there at least 2 or 3 times since we went and he «loves that place.»
