I called to to inquire about the promotion they have going with Samsung s7 and the people that I spoke to are friendly and answered all my questions. When I went to the store about the said promotion, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help finding something. I had a good experience in this store. I didn’t feel like I was rushed just so they can make a sale. Customer service is everything. Needless to say, I got my s7 and no buyers remorse =)

Store is good, found good headphones. They work great. Very kindly cashier at checkout, and helpful employee who guided me to where headphones were to be found in the store. If you go online to shop from Best Buy, I don’t recommend Best Buy Marketplace items tho because they use third party suppliers, and guess what? If your item is defective when you receive it, you are out of luck. Best Buy will not accept the defective item as a return at one of their retail stores. You have to pay shipping charges to send it back to the third party retailer, even if the item is defective as soon as you receive it in the mail. For an $ 8 purchase, it just didn’t make sense for me to pay several dollars to ship it back. So just a word to the wise.

Well you might say this was not their best day for helping. After 15 minutes of looking, I finally found a guy at the computer again resting his head… he told me they didn’t have what I was looking for even though it says so in the online inventory. So he walked me over to the guy who ordered it for me instead. He stated they had it in inventory.(I said that) He said, «I assume he looked.» Wrong! And he stated he was not in computers and it wasn’t part of his job. And rang me up! So there you go!

Easily one of the worst Best Buys I have been in. Customer service is horrendous and they really do not know their products at all. Most of the time customer service is hard to come by as they are just standing around just talking to each other rather than trying to help. Their product selection is pretty poor as well.

I want to give their geek squad zero stars… I was here for the same service but was given two different pricing. A bit shady don’t you think? The first time i came the guy told me $ 50 for computer set up, brought in everything, but something was wrong with the parts so i had to reorder new parts. He told me when i get the new parts just bring it back and they can try set up again. Today i came in with the same computer with the new parts and this other guy tells me its $ 200 to put it together. Wtf? How surprise am I? That is $ 150 different for the same service i had the last time. Warning for people who uses geek squad service. They might be ripping you off.

Something about this Best Buy location made me feel like it was smaller than others that I’ve been in. It just felt. cramped? I also noticed that some of their DVDTV series prices were double what the prices on their own website for the same items were. I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon, but I think it’s the only Best Buy in San Angelo.
