Fantastic! I booked a couples massage for my husband and I. Once we entered the spa everyone was so pleasant and helpful with bright smiles on their faces! The facility is beautiful and we use the steam room, sauna, hot tub, and pool. Everything was very clean and there were always staff members available if we had a question or needed something. The massage was perfect and included everything in the description. I thought the experience shower and sharing of the dessert was apart of the 50 minutes but no that was on top of the full 50 minute massage! We had the most professional massage therapists! They made sure our needs were met and that we were happy! I would recommend the Grand Spa to any and everyone! It is worth every penny and we will return very soon

Stopped here for some relaxation before a flight out of SLC and it was amazing. The eucalyptus steam room was one of the best I’ve ever been in, and everything down to the moisturizer was too shelf. The house made granola was delicious. This spa was far and above the ones I’ve seen in Vegas which was a real delight. 50/​day worth every penny.
The best part of all, without question, was the 18 head «Experience Shower». See attached video. Words cannot describe

Wow! Where do i start? Once you walk in, it feels so relaxed, and calm. The stuff is very professional. The environment perfect. Everything is so clean and very well kept. Of course the ladies with gentle and healing hands are the stars. Both me and my friend had signature massage and couldn’t stop talking about it for days, how wonderful it was.

This place is amazing! Tyler was the best masseuse I’ve had in a long time. Everyone was super nice & the place feels so luxurious, I highly recommend it if you want to really do something special for someone or want to really give yourself a treat. Really impressed :)

I’ve been to the Grand America a few times and never paid any attention to their Spa — and what a mistake that was! I had a fantastic massage with Diana, who I would really recommend.
I’ll keep this review short and sweet. In short, a great option if you’re staying in the hotel.

Excellent remodel, and with the increased spa (4 floors) and staff, getting an appointment is usually not an issue. I love spending hours here after a treatment dining from the healthy spa cuisine menu and enjoying the saunas and pools. Not surprised they were ranked the #16 best hotel spa in the US by Conde Nast Traveler, very much deserved.
Facials are my go to and Justeen, Wendy and Shelley are wonderful.
