I called twice to schedule an appointment after purchasing a Groupon deal; I still have not heard back even after 3 weeks. Luckily Groupon refunded my purchase. I would advise to avoid this place.

I’m in town for a training, and Erin was awesomely accommodating! This is not a salon where there are six nail artists who don’t speak English. Sometimes that’s what you want, and that’s ok. The polished nail is a one woman, small local business that offers a very personalized service. This is what I was looking for, so I was pleased to find just that. I came in for a pedicure, and specifically wanted glitter toes. Erin had probably a hundred glitter choices, and we ended up with a mix of two. The setting was comfortable, the conversation was great, and I left feeling very happy.
