Sears Appliance Repair Service

I have never written a review on anything but Sears Repair has THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Deplorable. If I hadn’t just bought a new dishwasher through Sears I would go ANYWHERE else for service.

I normally don’t bother wasting my time going to review sites to leave negative reviews but I have had it with this business and want to warn everyone to BEWARE before you purchase appliances from them that may need to be serviced later. If I could give this business zero stars, I would! I am not sure if the number I have called for repairs is a national or local number but either way, their customer service is horrible! Two phone calls, two weeks apart, two different agents and both were rude, combative and extremely unhelpful. How are these people being selected for employment? I don’t get it. I received a great deal of grief from both of them before actually getting appointments to get the problem handled. Unfortunately, we are trying to get the oven repaired that came with the house we bought and the extended service contract purchased by the original owner came from Sears. These two experiences have been enough for me! After this service contract is up our dealings with Sears will also be up! I will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future regardless of the price I have to pay to buy somewhere else!

Closed on Thursday? Really? Phone number is either the national one, or a busy signal. Sucks.

never use sears repair for anything.
They sent out a guy who knew nothing and said it would take 10 days to fix a fridge and charged me $ 80 for that wonderful advice.
I called a competent guy from another company. He fixed it in an hour for a lot less money.
Sears will not refund my money. they are like a government bureaucracy.
NEVER USE SEARS REPAIR FOR ANYTHING!!!
