Think this place maybe closed. Went there today and the door was locked. Anyone know anything about it closing?

I’ve been here several times and in the last weeks! I think it’s safe to say that in addicted! Very authentic and yummy place! The emphasis on the food is amazing!

Severely underrated place to eat. The goulasch is good – better than Siegfried’s which is the other option for goulasch in Salt Lake City. Highly recommend the cevapi. Drink prices are very affordable.

The best sarma I have had in years. Went here with a friend of mine who has never had Bosnian food, and she was hooked in 1 bite. The cevapi is great, it comes in many sizes and with onions. If you are expecting ajvar or feta cream cheese there are none. Just simple hearty food from a hearty people. Luli was our waiter/bartender and he was the nicest friendliest waiter possible. If you have any questions about the menu just ask and they will help you out. There is also outside seating if you would like to watch the scenery of main, street filled with assorted strippers and hookers on their way to work downtown. On Friday nights they have live music in the bar. You can also get the cevapi uncooked and a couple of pitas, so if you want to take it home and make it an odd hour to the delight of your neighbors, you can do that too. When you go please call me and I will meet you there. I will even let you buy me lunch in exchange for my glowing personality and striking good looks.

If you really like to dine around town and try good old fashion ethnic European food, then this is the place. You will feel like you went to Bosnia and never left Salt Lake City. The food is ethic, original and really good. TRYTHISLITTLEPLACE. A good find and truly a cultural experience.

This is a great little hole in the wall! Usually just order to go not a big fan of the atmosphere but the food makes up for that. Try the cevapi’s or sarma! You won’t be disappointed

Horrible customer service from all staff, and this is one of those restaurants where the owner walks around arrogantly while you’re trying to eat as if it were a high class restaurant. Food is also crap, and priced too high. Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Great little hole in the wall! While I was consuming Cevapi and Sarma, I proclaimed my delight to the friend who told me about Borsa. It is truly a diamond in the rough. The food was simple yet extremely flavorful and the portions were extremely generous for the prices. The entire menu was priced very fairly. I intend to visit this restaurant again in order to try the other unique dishes I am not accustomed to. The liquor license and budget friendly drinks were also a major plus!

I love the cevapi at this place, although the dining space itself is a little sketchy(very Eastern European feel). However, once you go enough you get to understand it’s charm. Back to the cevapi. It’s just like what I had in Sarejevo a couple of summers back. And although I enjoy the bread that comes with it, I think the bread could be done just a tad bit more as it tends to get a little soggy after the cevapi sits on it during the meal. The goulash is good too, but I must admit, I tend to stick to the cevapi. All in all, a good place to try some old-world food.

You can practically cut through a cloud of smoke when you walk in to this place. It’s an awkward atmosphere and the staff is not overly friendly. Once our waiter brought our food we didn’t see him again until we went looking for him to pay. The evapi was pretty tasty though; and the bonus: Two dinners for $ 11.

Interesting… We were hoping to «deli –sandwich –it» at Town and Country and found out it was closed on a Saturday. So we turned around and stopped at Bosna, a Bosnian restaurant/bar/coffee house. I get the feeling you are probably Bosnian if you eat there, but not being Bosnian, it was a totally unusual experience for me. I ordered the Goulash with mashed potatoes(beef in a thick gravy), and we also had a Burek(ground meat phyllo dough wrapped thingy). They came with a basket of sliced white bread. Both arrived really fast and piping hot and well-seasoned. Pretty tasty, in fact. Nothing that unusual, just down to earth, good, simple food. Here’s for the 3 stars… the atmosphere was a little tricky. I had to just set aside some of my usual expectations and just pretend I was in Bosnia cause it really was a total cultural immersion complete with the Bosnian version of American Idol on the tv’s. I would have been totally loving it but I felt it was probably unusual to bring kids in there(I did ask first), so I felt like I was«Doing It Wrong,“and I probably should have requested the«no-smoking» section. Except there wasn’t one. Interesting. So to sum it up. Good food+ not very friendly atmosphere=3 stars(if there were half stars I’d be giving it 2 ½!).
